Ingredients:-
500 g mince ( keema )
1/2 cup chana daal ( 100 g )
1 onion
1 tbsp heaped ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp mango powder or lemon juice
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp pepper corn
1 Black cardamom
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 mace
2-3 bay leaves
8-20 cloves
1 onion fine chopped
2-3 green chillies
mint leaves
coriander leaves
