Great tips Chef RV! I have yet to try the oven dried method so will definitely do that next time. I also splash some water just before I remove the lechon from the oil, that helps adds crunch 😉

I followed the instructions to the letter. Grabe! Malutong nga siya at moist sa loob. At saka, talagang di pumuputok kapag na air dry! Kung kailan ako naging 57 years old, eh ngayon lang ako nakaluto ng maayos. Hehehehehe. Thanks Chef!

Very professional / extremely clear
Thanks to you, I now know I could dry my pork belly on my air fryer. I was thinking about doing it like this: - Boiling it 45 minutes with herbs and spices - Drying it from 45 - 1 hour on Airfryer at around 100 - 120 Celsius - And to make it crispy, 20 minutes at 200 Celsius! I'll tell you if it works! Wish me luck! :D

Hi chef r v!! I think you added patis first and vinegar but that was patis added twice. But you called the vinegar patis. So do we add vinegar also? It looks so delicious i will try it for easter. But do you have s dipping sauce like a vinegar garlic or chili please . Also what is the only l temperature.
