Can't believe how delicious! These zucchini with mushrooms are better than meat! Easy and fast!
Ingredients:
1 large zucchini.
vegetable oil.
Roasted golden brown.
300 grams of mushrooms.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1 large onion.
vegetable oil.
Fry the onion for 2 minutes.
20 grams of butter.
Fry mushrooms for 5 minutes.
2 cloves of garlic.
A pinch of salt.
1/2 teaspoon hot peppers.
A teaspoon of paprika.
2 tablespoons soy sauce.
salt to taste.
50 grams of Parmesan.
A bunch of parsley.
Bon appetit!
