I always think that right decision is also skill, this is why you become good player. Macca has so many option to pass but he saw darwin, he looked first then pass. And also he pass with right weight pass is so 👌 he did that not only once but several times in this match.

I’m sorry but this Nunez finish is so fcking underrated, man guided that in with everything in his spine, no one talks about this but to get enough power to beat the keeper from an almost floating pass is ridiculous. This is why we love Nunez this man gives EVERYTHING for the club, after Salah/VVD arguably our most valuable player this season ❤👏🏼

I can’t help but be reminded of Arsenal’s run of last minute wins last season before they bottled it. Obviously I’m hoping we win it, but being a Red, you can’t not be a pessimist.

Best way for ManC next week to keep Nunez on their territory and pass the ball on air to him against ManC we donot want to keep the ball in possession they are very smart to cut it and attack to score we would like to play direct and quickly ball no time for building .
I don't know why everyone's crying about the drop-ball going to our keeper. This is from the IFAB website; The ball is dropped for a player of the team that last touched the ball at the place where it last touched a player, match official or outside agent. However, the ball is *dropped for the goalkeeper* (regardless of which team last touched the ball) if, when the referee stopped play: the last touch was in the penalty area or the ball was in the penalty area (whether on the ground or in the air)
Mistakes are made, far worse than this (Diaz disallowed goal vs Tottenham) and inconsistent refereeing - Jones sending off yet Caciedo isn't, the same thing happens time and again, corners that maybe should be Goal Kicks ending up with a good chance. if not a goal for a team or not getting the Corners they deserve - instead giving possession to the Goalkeeper and 2mins later, conceding at the other end - throw ins not given, free kicks not given etc... It maybe in Black & White but there is subjectivity as well to some things - you just have to get on with it and hope that Professionalism and experience will help and 'bias' or underhanded behaviour isn't at the heart of these 'inconsistencies' and 'mistakes', that they are purely 'human error' and no different from a Professional goalkeeper making a 'Mistake' that leads to massive consequences for the team, the fans and everyone involved with that club....
And the exact same scenario happened the other way around earlier in the game and the ref did exactly the same: gave possession to Forrest instead of back to Liverpool because that's the rules. Some people want all the decisions to favour them, and none to favour the opposition, even if it means not following the rules. If this doesn't happen they winge about favouritism. The irony!
@@simonsimon325 You're correct that almost exactly the same thing happened in the first half which broke up a Liverpool attack and gave the ball back to Forest, who did not give the ball back to Liverpool. I don't think the referee did apply the rules correctly/or the rules are wrong, but, at least he applied them consistently during the match. Hey, we must get terrible decisions every five mins during our matches based on the reactions of the Forest fans and staff to normal free kicks or issues like the drop ball.

To do that we need Foden, Haarland and KDB to be a bit ill, nothing serious, just a gippy tum to keep them off the pitch! If they show up, in the form they are in, I genuinely think a draw is the best we can hope for.
