it would have been a better video if all of the measurements was in the same manner, you went metric the feet and gallons.
The komatsu D475A-8 has a dozer blade 34.4 meters wide??? Just one of many faulty statements in this video.
Thanks for commenting and pointing out the error, it looks to have been a typo which made it into the video. Always looking to improve and thanks for helping us do that! Please check out the other videos.
@@HeavyMetalMachines77 Komatsu has a dozer bigger than the 475, they also have the 575A, it is just not as commonly seen as the 475
@@oomachiw111 The 575-A is in the video as the #2 dozer!
@@josepha.birmingham7110 Yes and the #1 is a once only machine that hasn't ever been used and been in storage for like 40 years. Why even bring it up? There is a D9 configuration that has two of them side by side on one blade for pushing in coal mines.
The komatsu uses a Cummins engine
The dresser is a rebadged komatsu
That's right! It's often the way in manufacturing, you can see that kind of thing all over the place. Often they get made in the same factory and roll out with different badges on.
The price of each would have been nice to know. I'm always curious about the cost of items.
They used to be about a hundred bucks a pound but probably 150 now.
A poorly constructed advert.
They all have hydraulic fans on them need to read up on your facts
Thanks for the comment, we'll double check with our research team. Always looking to improve the content.

You really should learn what you’re talking about, so many mistakes in this video, very poor quality!
Thanks for the feedback! We're always looking to improve, so keep an eye out for new content, and check out the other videos!
34.4 metre blade that’s nearly 40 feet wide, no way!!!!
Hah, that's over 100 feet wide, there are 3.2 feet per metre.
Working on the komatsu is a f****** nightmare the way they put the machine together was not made for a mechanic to work on they are a very interesting machine to work on getting parts is like pulling teeth out of a baby's head worked on them for many years transmissions and final drive problems all the time and wiring problems
That sounds like a complete nightmare!
I worked in a large copper mine in PNG that had all Komatsu junk but it didn't take long to switch everything to Cat. The Komatsu haul trucks were so slow they held up the Cat trucks when they arrived so they parked all the K junk and increased production. Couldn't keep a tranny in those 475 and the 355 (I think) was a nightmare to operate.
What a load of BS was strung here. Imagine a dozer with a 34 metre wide blade on a Komatsu D475. I bet this AI has never seen a dozer of any type.
Sounds like AI commenting on this video. So lazy..
Why is allways the Driver cabin so far back? The driver does not see shit...put the cabin in front and a bit higher so the driver really can see what and how he is pushing dirt....
Right Bubba, from your comment is it obvious you've never been near a dozer.
Ohh yes many years...
