🌱 | Benefits of Reflection:
🔸Formation of opinion in a conscious way, without being carried away by the ideas of third parties in an automatic way;
🔸 Opportunity to rethink attitudes and improve them;
🔸 Recognize mistakes and find ways to fix them;
🔸If you know and understand how your emotions affect your behavior;
🔸Set goals to accomplish your goals.

◽Tips for having a good reflection:
🔹 BOOK A TIME FOR YOURSELF
Reflection time should be a moment of your own, where you can connect with your thoughts without being interrupted. You can associate it with a prayer, a ritual, having a relaxing tea, lighting an incense, getting ready to sleep, whatever you prefer, the important thing is that it is your moment, in which you can concentrate on yourself with peace of mind.
🔹 QUESTION YOURSELF AND SEEK ANSWERS WITHIN YOURSELF
Have you ever stopped to question yourself because of the choices you make? Know that doing this exercise can be very positive and help you make sure what you really want for your life. Taking advantage of this moment of reflection for this will allow you to separate your true desires from the impositions of third parties and the desire to please and be accepted. Remembering that this should always be done naturally, without putting yourself as inferior or incapable of making decisions.
🔹 REMEMBER THE THINGS YOU FELT GRATEFUL FOR
An essential part of daily reflection involves thanking God, the universe, or whatever makes sense to you so that you recognize how many good things happened in your day and appreciate them. This is important because the human brain has a natural tendency to place greater emphasis on problems, so if nothing is done, it will end up overlooking all the good things that happened to it. Giving thanks is fantastic, because it broadens your perception of all that is good.
🔹 LEAVE GUILT AND JUDGMENTS AWAY
Blaming yourself or judging yourself when reflecting on the experiences you've lived won't help you grow, on the contrary, it will create limiting ideas that could compromise your development. In that sense, always keep in mind that you are a human being, that making mistakes is part of the evolution process, and that is not an excuse for you not to do your best, but a statement of reality.
🔹 MAKE POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS
A detail to be considered in your reflections is the way in which you will expose these ideas to yourself, as it is essential that you adopt a positive attitude, which encourages you to value the good side of things. That way, instead of moaning about a problem, tell yourself that no matter how challenging it seems, you know you have what it takes to solve it. Remember that it's not what goes into your mouth that defiles you, it's the words that come out of it.
🔹 REMEMBER YOUR TRUE NATURE
Lastly, it is very important that you always remember your true nature, what is within you. Leaving aside titles and possessions, to focus on who you are at your core. Thus, when you identify your true self, in a pure way, you will know that you are free of limitations, that you can build the reality you want, always being faithful to your principles and values.
Adopting the habit of reflecting and maintaining an internal dialogue will allow you to live more consciously, opening doors for you to create the reality in which you want to live.

    • What does "an untroubled spirit" mean though? 🤔

      @TataMazova@TataMazova7 ай бұрын
    • @@TataMazova The first rule, to keep an untroubled spirit, means to remain calm and centered, no matter what challenges we face. This doesn't mean that we should ignore our problems or emotions, but rather that we should approach them with a clear mind and a positive attitude. The second rule, to look things in the face and know them for what they are, means to be honest with ourselves about our situation and to accept it for what it is. This doesn't mean that we have to be happy about it, but it does mean that we should avoid dwelling on the negative or wishing things were different. When we are able to keep an untroubled spirit and look things in the face for what they are, we are better equipped to deal with challenges and overcome obstacles. We are also more likely to experience peace and happiness, even in difficult times.

    • This is not true statistically maybe 85-90% of the people reading this will not reach their goals. Empires are not built within a day. But it takes the mindset of I will become perfect in a month to become perfect in 10 years. Strive for perfection and settle for excellence. The problem with today generation is that they waste their time and then before they go to sleep at night they say, "Well that was not bad, I will go to sleep now and do better tomorrow. At least I made progress. 1% Better everyday!!!!" This mindset that you are only competing with yesterdays self is effeminizing men and making you docile. Because the fact of the matter is you are not competing with yourself you are competing with OTHER MEN. You are competing with top athletes, you are competing with other people and if you are not the best at what you do, your testosterone will drop, it will be hard to talk to girls, you wont enjoy anything anymore. It's time someone woke you up and spoke to you like a man. You need a brother to compete with. You need to become the strongest man this earth has ever seen. You need to specialize on a goal and focus on it as if it is more important than eating or drinking or sleeping. It's time you spent those late nights where you can't sleep because your so mad that you haven't made it. Your problem is you are listening to people who are millionaires and who already made it who will say "Don't worry one day you'll make it" Which is easy for them to say because they have *ALREADY MADE IT* and you are still at that stage where you SHOULD be stressing, you SHOULD be hyper competitive with other men, you SHOULD be trying to drastically improve not better than yourself yesterday but improve to be better than everyone else. This type of mindset will have you young hyper competitive filled with testosterone and genuinely dangerous within a month. This is my mindset as an aspiring pro athlete (I'm 14 so I could say I have so much time to improve but instead I find it more beneficial to adopt a high stress high octane schedule that will get me out of semi-poverty and get me towards my dream. This is the mindset I want everyone who is serious about making it to have. Go out there grow some balls and stop being patient. You should be hungry. You should want it NOW.

I might be wrong but you sound like someone that has yet to reach a goal that these young people have and are telling them they wont be satisfied when you yourself have yet to reach it. It's also a psychological trait I noticed in people who used to be kind of like me hungry to win, to make a statement like this that once you reach your goal a new one will come and you wont be satisfied with it to put up the front of someone who has achieved their goals. It's almost like a person saying "Man I'm just too nice of a boyfriend, its so bad for me teehee!!". Like I really doubt you have ever had the problem of "Reaching so many goals bro I just never get satisfied and eventually after reaching *SOOOOO* many goals I get bored and stop doing it. But the more I research the Romans, the more I realize that we have done great damage to civilization by defeating these men. Even your enemy must be honorable in front of you. We commemorate the Romans and the souls of every legionary soldier who died fighting like a real man, I hope they find peace in the afterlife.
