I had a 2 week cricket holiday in Sri Lanka in 2002. Played on all 3 test grounds in Gale, Kandy, Colombo. Plus Kandalama, Sikariya, Nurellia. The most beautiful people & country. Thank you for more memories of this amazing island 🇱🇰

Sri Lanka is safer even compared to developed countries for sure from my experience by living in a Nordic country.

Enjoyed your video. Certainly has changed since I was in Sri Lanka in the 1960's. The climb to Sigiriya was much more difficult then, and there was no tourist type additions. Although the interior of the Temple of the Tooth in Kandy is very similar to what I recall, it has expanded greatly. Colombo is unrecognisable and much like many other cities. I considered Sri Lanka one of the most scenic and friendly countries I had visited, and that, thank goodness, seems unchanged.

I visited Sri Lanka in 2019 and stopped at many of the same places that yourself visited including the same tea factory and the spice garden and of course Lion rock. Sri Lanka is by far the most underrated holiday destination.

Most of the things amazing things are hidden. Gradually a new idea coming up, saying that "There is a 7 story castle inside the Rock!"... :). That was built by King Ravana the greatest King ever in Sri Lanka. None of those is proven yet. I am just telling if you need some hidden thing to find out :).. Enjoy your visit! Watched the entire video and i must say you have portrayed it in a beautiful manner. I had a family trip last December and experienced what i was not expecting to experience! the civic sense is the BEST in the entire continent. no unnecessary honking, everyone follows traffic rules..i met my classmates who are from SL and told them the same. it's a beautiful country and if the lockdown gets over by this year end...i'll visit again. If you happen to visit again, do drop by to Nuwara Eliya. I've got almost 300 gb footages and still waiting for my computer which i ordered! not fond of this lockdown at all..best wishes bruv..cheers

I had visited Sri Lanka at least two three times out of which one time with my full family. We had visited Candy by train and Galle by hired micro bus. Also visited Colombo, different sea beach, Buddhist and Hindu temples, markets and other lucrative places. They are very rich in different types of tea, coconut, coconut products and natural James. Very good country I like it after my home land because my home land Bangladesh is haven to me.
Well, after watching this vlog, I can comfortably say that INDIA has much much better/beautiful tourist destinations than Sri Lanka. ... Really spice garden and normal garden... That's what you want to see!!!...

We came home on 1th of January 2023 after a 3 week stay. We had a wonderful time in beautiful Sri Lanka with our kids. It's totally safe and as a tourist you have no problems traveling.
