Damm I didn't think that small piece of vinyl would stand out so much that awesome 👌
This channel should have way more views.
This is how we did this in the 90s. Today there are a lot easier ways to do this. It's important to know how things were done in the past so you can learn new methods to make things more efficient.
Thank you for this amazing video !
The Mystical Veil was Dropped ! SO simply explained. THE Limit is leaning towards the Basics. Then challenge with bolder options as Skillset improves. Thank You Thank You
was just thinking about how this is done! great video!
Well done Sir. Thank you
Excellent!!!
That is slick, thanks!
Thanks for sharing
First time I've seen your channel. I'm interested in setting up a table top router that I can access and change bits quickly. Do you have a video on the set up or instructions on how to create your router set up? By the way I like the raised vinyl panel. Was that a special lettering set designed to be used for embossing?
Very CREATIVE nlce.
very nice
Damn. Impressive.
👏 bravo
Hey super cool video for sure, where can I get a table saw like that
what kind of vinyl is this? and what adhesive is that? i can’t wait to try this at home
Great work ‼️💯 I would love to learn how to do this
well, you kind of just did right?
Would you consider this for door panels? I'm trying to create some early 60s Ford panels and think this might just be the ticket.
Betty Goood!!
Ok I got me router table for my birthday and I'm looking for a 45 degree chamfer bit I like how the piece you made had a nice angle anyway I went to look to buy one and they had all kinds of different sizes and I'm stuck
Hi what glue are you using?
👍🏼💯
How would you go about doing the same thing on vinyl intended for a seat rather than a solid surface?
Glue down to stretched canvas instead of mdf board
What kind of adhesive did you use on this project?
Yes also which adhesive do you prefer for quick permanent repair and technique for vinyl coming out of a corner slot of a door panel? Btw love how you use the overspray and not waste any material or get your workbench sticky :)
@@MooreCulture Hi, I'd like to know which glue you used on the wood. Thanks.
What was the logo piece made from? So print the logo on paper and lay it on top of what?
ya i wasn't clear on the either
The paper was on top of vinyl and as he cut the logo out it also cut the vinyl that was going to be underneath to make the raised area under the main layer. At least that's what I saw. But yeah he kinda didn't fill in a little gap there. And this question was a long time ago!! Just felt like i had to reply! lol
Yeah, the material was black vynal logo under the gray vynal, used to raise the letters. Foam could work too, or anything with the thickness you like.
I know this video is a couple of years old, but another option that would take less of a steady hand and be cut precisely, is using a cricut and 3mm foam
Was just thinking about that. My sticker girl down the street has the little machine. Another perfect use for it. I had her make me stickers to use on my stainless steel radiator plate on my 81 Camaro. I then etched the steel with voltage and saltwater q-tips. I then removed the sticker to reveal the etched "Z28" logo. Simply perfect results.
6:40…….giggedy…
What a tool. very arrogant. Router king, looks like you need a very good router with lots of bits. thanks for sharing. lots of luck in the future. looks like you have lots of experience,
Would be better with less annoying intro music
haha, yes, the music is terrible. nice job!
