A nicer man you could never hope to meet! He bought us a drink and chatted for about 30 minutes as though we were long lost friends. True class right there.

Does it affect the whole country, or one section , or just a crowd ? Is the choice legal? Is my neighbour playing loud music at 1 am ? Little choices, big choices. Is there a person on the tv that i do not like the look of? My choice to change the tv channel over. The national anthem at a football match. My choice to sit or stand , to sing or not. I watch many old classics and while there's an inescapable element of taste, I defy anyone to name an actor who played such a variety of roles so convincingly. The great actors of the past tended to be "one-note" actors. You knew them for essentially one role. Tom Cruise (and a few other actors, such as Mel Gibson, Tom Hanks, and Sandra Bulluck) can play any character in a first-rate way. • What really cracks me up is that one Sheriff has an old, I mean OLD, Motorola MH-10 portable radio on his belt. I worked on these back in 1979 and they were old then. But I guess, for a Tom Cruise movie, you go with what you can get.

  • He also does all his stunts himself. Never disappoints, he’s the best in Hollywood.

    • @@B3B3TTERWell sure, they wouldn’t let Tom fly the jets in Maverick. And some of his early work, sure, he limited himself on stunts. But in his later years, and most recently in an interview in the Red Carpet with ET, he revealed he does all the stunt work himself without a double. He believes in practicality.

  • I met Mr. Cruise at Lake Elsinore in the early 90’s. Yes, a very down to earth regular guy. We were fresh off the plane from Desert Storm. I was a Marine Reservist who was called to active duty and was guiding a lot of those bombs on to the targets, that made such great viewing on CNN. He was the one acting like we were the celebrities.

  • Idk the real life Tom Cruise. But I do know that there’s not many out there that can beat his performances. Tom will go down in history for top 3 actors of all time.
