RGB Mechanical Keyboards - The Fight Between Chinese and Mainstream Brands!
NOTE: This is a super long video, skip to 8:34 if you want to jump straight into the RGB comparisons. However, it is best to spend some time watching and hearing me out on what I have to say before purchasing. Thanks bro. Nice review and really useful for newbies like me. Good luck to you mate!
Great video what are some tips to getting a free gaming keyboard to review? For my channel and on amazon as well
great video i have been wondering how each of this keyboards compare to each other. i been looking on getting a mechanical keyboard and upgrade from my current membrane keyboard but did not want to spend over 100 dollars on a razor. so i been looking into a chinese keyboard and this have help me made the decision of which one i will be buying
What do you think of the Azio mech boards or Drevo boards? I really like my Drevo Calibur board with Outemu MX switches!
Is there any way to get a keyset with the old razer font? I wanna replace a couple from my reddragon, I like the font but I would like to mix in the B and a few others from the razer font. Which I do like. Thank you.
What do you think about the AULA F2012 mechanical keyboard ?
nice review there.. do u have online shop in facebook?
do you got "glorious gaming modular keyboard" ?
What Are The Keyboard That Are Programmable or like u can do change the color from a software
Hey what is the second and third keyboard
I wish I had seen this video before purchasing my Motospeed CK104. I would have rather purchased it from you. Anyway I have a question regarding it's LEDs. Some of the LEDs have started to die off. Is that a common thing with all RGB mechanical keyboards including big brands like Razer, Corsair and Logitech or is it just that chinese brands use lower quality LEDs? Also what is the easiest way to get it fixed? I purchased it from Gearbest.com and somehow even though my keyboard was under warranty, instead of repairing it as per the warranty they were offering me 100 points which equals to 2$. I am from India. Thank you
so which one is cheapest? and are u willing to ship it to indonesia?
Hi if you're reading this, would appreciate if you can tell me how the audio is for this video, I am trying to improve on it but I always end up messing up some parts, especially with me banging the boxes near the mic, and also having the air-conditioning blow into it. :X My bad.
DO YOU SHIP TO DIFFERENT COUNTRY?
Hi rohit, which country yeah?
i live in india please give me your email address
@Wayne Cheah Maybe use a Pop/Wind filter for your microphone. Then after you have the audio for the video run it though a program like Audacity and remove the sounds lower than your voice? Good video.
Relax, ure doing fine brah!!
Hey Wayne, your video is really informative. Thank you. which one would you recommend to use with mac?
hi Justin! Both LingYi and AULA thus far has been purchased from me by iMac and Macbook users, there are no issues at all! Works the same way as plugging in a Mac OS - ready Windows keyboard. LingYi white would be a super suitable keyboard for the Mac, its elegant design goes really well with your Mac!
Thank you Wayne for your info and for your fast reply. I will definitely look into it. I listen to music at work all the time, so media control is really important for me. I currently have logitech G710 and the media control on there is really convenient. It would be great if LingYi or Aula could do that.
Some text placements would be nice, to further clarify which keyboard you are talking about. Nice video btw
Just wondering, you probably have seen so many keyboards; which one do you use yourself? Or which one are you really fond of?
Hi there, whats ur thoughts about kailh, gateron, outemu switches, i'm currently using a kailh red switch and i'm looking at either aula WoL or E-element keyboard but i cant make a choice... thanks
hi zanate, apologies for the late reply, did not notice this! I generally avoid Kailh switches like the plague, but if I were you and am looking for blue switches, I'd go for the WoL, solely due to the fact that it uses Gateron switches. Not all E-element keyboard uses outemu switches, there's a number of them that sport unbranded/in-house switches, which are.. well.. inconsistent.
Have u tried out the ajazz ak60 rgb keyboards? I would love to have an opinion of it as I'm think of getting one
Bryan Tan I have the ak 35, it's great with zorro black switches
why you are not comment all name keyboard in ur Information
La i just bought ck 104 gonna make unboxing video about it
hi wayne i check that your lingyi kybd is kinda similiar to k92/motospeed ck108 and u mentioned that it special order from factory? is the backplate aluminium?
Ben, CK108 is a different keyboard, on a steel plate coated with glossy silver paint, not aluminium.
Wayne Cheah. I.think is motospeed ck104 back plate is aluminium. what is your review onto that?
Am using the lingyi no light mechanical keyboard. It is by far the best bang to buck purchased i have made for my desktop. totally recommend it for those on a budget
where's gskill km780 ?
Maybe E-element to Cooler Master MB24
Trade for Cooler Master MB24???
how much in filipino peso?
Will you SHIP to INDIA
bought the lingyi before i watch this vid. so happy that the kb is highly recommended. also, glad to have someone else have the same idea/mentality as me, spending too much for a freaking keyboard is not that wise. inflation nowadays doesn't help too. bought a razer tkl mkb on 2014 for rm260, saw it today at pc expo, priced at rm379. pfftt
Hi, I coudn't hear the name of the keyboards, can someone write for me? The video is very informative tho
Hi man! Thanks! You may check out the list of keyboards mentioned in here at my Facebook page fb.com/mechhaus any further questions do lemme know!
Wayne, if someone were to purchase a MK with media buttons (backlighting optional), which model(s) would you recommend?
LingYi non-backlit TKL MK, definitely! Only RM150 (if you're Malaysian)
Wayne Cheah Thanks for the recommendation. I'm from LYN forum btw.
Cool! Hope to deal with you one day! If not, hope you still manage to obtain a proper mechanical keyboard!
Wayne Cheah I'll be dealing with you soon; I've posted on your gaming chair batch thread.
looking forward to meeting you soon! gaming chair third batch starting very soon! have you decided on a colour?
im hoping of more videos like this by malaysian for malaysians. btw, did i heard u said strafe rgb around 600+? i thought strafe rgb costs max of 550 only
Hi! When I mentioned 600+ I was referring to the exclusive ones with Cherry MX Silent switches! I should have clarified!
+Wayne Cheah because the unit I had the opportunity to play around with was the one with cherry silent switches, retailed at RM619 by HEAVY ARM back in January 2016!
+Wayne Cheah thanks man. we are looking for more vids like this. thumba up :)
Nice video but the mic is picking up your constant thumping. Felt like my speakers were going to rupture.
