  • I’ve been healing myself in solitude for over 5 years. Healing from mental illness, addiction, and obesity. As of today I am stable and independent, 5+ years sober and smoke free, and down 100 lbs. I am getting better each day and now there is no stopping me! Keep pushing forward, step by step. Break your limits, anything is possible!

    • I hope I get to meet you someday, Matt. I, too, at healing myself. Healing from a lifetime of lies, of refusing to admit I'm an artist, of living to be somebody else's "hero." I am moving into a new apartment this Friday, in a new state. I will never quit until I build my business, until I have the space and the life I imagine. I have no limits. If I encounter an obstacle, it's over, under, around, or through--I'll break the hinges off if I have to. Do not stop. Anything you can imagine is possible.

    • Good to know. I'm a year into healing myself and I go from thinking I'm making progress to having a break down again and repeating BUT if there's anything i've noticed it's this.. the breakdown's are getting less frequent and the progress is getting longer and better each time. Positive trajectory. My thoughts, love and wishes go out to anyone suffering from depression or any other mental health issue or who wants to make it in life. You will make it. Just keep trying, have faith, never give up.

  • I fell in a coma and the doc told my dad, I'd never wake up. I wake up and the doc diagnosed me to be a quadriplegic. I started moving, started walking again, and decided to go to university in less than a year. The doc said I should return after 5 years. I didn't listen to him, instead I graduated in 4, and recovered physically on the way. The doc never spoke to me again. I did not take help from anyone else because everyone pitied me. I showed them all. No one knows how I did it. I do, I believe in myself.

Don’t you dare tell yourself you can’t. I have NO talents, everything I ever touched I messed up. Nobody checked on me. Nobody asked me if I was okay. I had just lost 13 family members back to back, the only person (ex girlfriend) I thought I had left me for another guy. I wanted to die, hell I begged for it. And I did. I did die. It was tough, a lot of nights of bawling my eyes out from guilt and loneliness, but I knew I owed it to those people I let down to get better. To be a better person. Seeing this title made me laugh, because I don't feel powerful. Although I know there is indeed power in solitude. It's a form of atonement you can put yourself through to ensure whatever mistakes you have made never happen again. No external justification or influences. Just you and your mind fighitng for control.

  • This brought tears to my eyes especially when the ballerina was on the screen. THE professional instructors taught all of us the world of dance. BUT they didn't teach us the way it will feel when retired from dance. They did not prepare us enough for this whole ordeal of stopping it oneday..All of the blood.sweat.tears.hurt bodies.. bleeding toes.missed social events. Missed family functions. Hours and hours of intense training at such a young age to have it all drilled into your whole body.mind.and being.. years and years of nothing but dance .dance..dance. Then you stop bc of whatever reason and it is painful to see a pic of a ballerina or anything regarding the performing arts.... I am at 41yrs old currently and started hard core training at 8yrs old but before that age I began to learn at 2yrs old. I THANK u for this beautiful reminder and thank you for the pick up . I HAVE been trying to find peace within my ever so dancing soul .I miss it terribly..And have memories qnd dreams still.. Tku.

    • Hey Shelley, I’m really happy this video had that effect on you. I’ve always told my editor that we have to focus on getting a wide variety of activities on our videos and dance has so much visible emotion and passion in it. I’m grateful you watched the video and I’m even more grateful that you commented it. Wishing you the best and continued prosperity. Thank you again.

Words can never describe what it takes you must try to prepare and hope it's enough when you hit the real challenge, no one is there but you and yourself. Misery brings greatness, anyone can take easy road. Semper fi

  • 2020 is when one began my healing journey. Not being able to stand or walk for too long and literally being forced to be 'still'. The world went into lockdown 2020 and one is still in lockdown 2022, but trying daily to truly see this as an opportunity to heal all aspects of self: physically, mentally and spiritually. The roller-coaster of emotions is unbearable sometimes, but as long as one has breath, one will continue until walking without limits becomes part of my daily life again - Asè

  • I wanted to stay alive. What I was told to do wasn’t working for me. I learned that what was healthy for others was making me sick. I found out about stem cell nutrition. I tried it and I started feeling better. I continued. I have seen many improvements. The products don’t do anything for my body, but the extra adult stem cells do the work of Replenish and Replacing worn out and dead ones in my body. This is a very concise explanation of what has happened.

  • I heal myself through pain. The first time I hit the bag my body feels numb and my arms felt sore, but that didn't stop me. I do it again and again and again until I get used to it. I kept doing it why? Because I know once I stop, even a day, I'll get lazier and lazier and might just give up so I keep pushing myself to rise. To yall out there, KEEP PUSHING!!! AND DON'T GIVE UP!!!YOU GOT THIS!!! -Sorry if my English bad
