  • I love how Sansa uses her hair styles to model strong females she comes across. It shows she learns from them (their strengths). She used to always wear Cersei's updo hairstyle in KingsLanding and then she went to doing Margaery's. & Then she went to Catelyn's hairstyle for a while as lady of winterfell. Then in the dragonpit in 8x06 she wore Daenery's hairstyle with the braids and their swirling pattern. But when she became Queen she was bare and simple. Like a fresh start. A new beginning.

    • She never modeld Daenreys, the braids are a northern thing. In Westeros ropebraids are kind of "the royal braid" that cersei always wore (and Sansa during her time in kingslanding) and the three strand braid the "northern braid". Sansa never looked up to Daenerys

      @booklover993@booklover9935 жыл бұрын
    • @@booklover993 Of course she didn't look up to Daenerys. Its just the significance of the braids with the Dothraki and Daenerys is that it shows their power. & Sansa wearing the braids shows her power. & Her hairstyle doesn't have to be a conscious thing either. It could be the writers or whoever decided her hairstyle trying to hint to us the power shifting from Daenerys to Sansa with their despute over the North's independence. It foreshadows her becoming Queen in the end.

She is simply a SURVIVOR, a chameleon who blends in and learns from her experiences, and the people around her, and she SURVIVES. In conclusion I love her.

Sansa may say she is a slow learner, but she picked up everything like a mass quickly to work against others like Littlefinger. And then Ramsey. "Your name will disappear." "Your House will disappear." Everything she did after King's Landing was nothing but for The North. For home. A strong red Wolf. She learned the game. And gathered the chess pieces she needed. Sansa was one to not tarry from. All she knew was Home. And how to keep it safe. Trust is tangible. But honor strives above all else. A true Queen in the North.

Instead, she learned how to adapt to different environments and wait until the end to fight, which in my case, is a tougher job then just killing or burning people continuously. Manipulation is a hard skill to master. ALSO, STOP COMPARING DAENERYS TO SANSA. DAENERYS IS A CONQUEROR BUT SANSA IS A LEADER. They have 2 different roles.

She rightly deserved to be the queen of the North, not Danerys in my opinion, Danny lacked compassion after a point and was driven to madness by wanting power, Sansa on the other hand earned her place and learned how to skillfully play the game (thanks to litttle finger) and the traumatic experience she had with jeoffrey and Bolton. • Excellent clip. Music was so perfect! She needed to take each step she did in order to become The Red Wolf. Any other path, she would have ended up an older version of the prissy, spoiled, selfish girl she’d been. As in life, this characters development came from her pain, heartache, terror, sorrow & losses. These three ending Balish was perfect & had to come this late or NONE of them would be who they ended up being. This entire story was based off his lies & treachery. What he set in motion truly did end up creating a whole new world with all new players. Even Danni’s arrival was in its perfect place & time & rolled up neatly into all the other story arch’s. I’ll admit I’m sadden by the ending & feel it was rushed to tie things up so everyone could move on. There is a lot to be says about filming a story not aircraft complete. I feel it leaves to much room to go astray. There was so much that could have kept going a few more seasons. Would it have gone stale & lost its fan base over time? I believe no. It would have gone to an even higher echelon had it stayed the course. Characters were getting older I get it. But it could have been done. Give them the story endings they truly deserved. Only a few ended up in a decent place & Sansas is one of them. I liked seeing her on this path. Most of the others? Not so much. Thanks again for making this clip. I hope to find you’ve done all the others 😍😍😍

  • Sansa was the only one who truly answered the call of her people. She refused to bend the knee made the North an independent kingdom again.

  • out of all the characters in the game of thrones (book and movie), Sansa has been my favorite to see evolve. this was a good editing for showing her growth

  • She saw that being a Queen is not what she thought. And it's good that you have the rule that the next Queens and Kings will be chosen and not by birth. I can not think of Sansa with a man. They all did it wrong and disappointed her. Except for her father, Tyrion, Bran and Jon.

    • I agree with you!! But I'll add to that list Theon too! He was gentle with her and he would literally die for her!
