Started doing MT aged 55, love it. Now aged 57, body is suffering at times and its hard to stay motivated. I basically do it to try to keep in shape, watching videos like this inspire me to keep going, especially when I'm injured. Thanks Liam, love your videos. Just wish I'd started 30 years earlier. 👍💪
incredible...big respect, I started with 30 MT and I am thinking about to get one fight in my life...just one time I wanna stay in the ring against my opponent
Dude get on some testosterone. Ask your DR
Started doing Martial arts when I was 6 now I am almost 60. Only one motto Better die fighting and running that sitting and shitting
Fair play to you: stick with it!
If you’re doing it to stay in shape and keep disciplined, it’s just about doing it everyday even if you feel slow and weak. It’s mainly about movement and proper form/technique. Power/speed come through the proper form, don’t push yourself to your limit every training/exercise session. It’s about longevity 🙏🏻
I live literally 30 seconds from his gym bad company and can see his gym if I look to my left out the window, ive seen Liam a few times running, it breaks my heart that one of the greatest thai boxers to ever come from this country can pass people in his own city and they dont even know who he is!
@rxp56 no
rxp56 no
@rxp56 yeah shooting pieces of clay is the same as being one if the best thai fighters from the UK/world
rxp56 perhaps the best sumo wrestler is a better analogy.
The best triangle player in the country
He is a man who actually lived by all the motivational quotes I have watched till now.
absolutely he is.
Agony is the beginning of greatness! Rain comes as Painful pulses... Ask for another one, boy; then you become a man
I'm 31 years old and I've been on and off with Shotokan Karate for almost 20 years now. I started when I was 11 and I just made brown belt a year ago because I've made excuses my whole life. Well, I start again in a couple of days and I made a promise to myself "no more excuses, being uncomfortable is a part of life." I'm going for my black belt and I'm gona take MMA classes on top of that. I'll never be on the level of these guys, but I want to become the best fighter I can be and after that, I've decided to go back to nursing school. It's never too late guys no matter your age.
100% go for it bro
31 is young
you are not alone, i will also start again
Harrison is an absolute legend. Hearing his dedication is very inspiring
“I don’t want to be the NEARLY guy”
Loved this quote!
No be the,,,,, he nearly kill me kinda man
If you’re going through rough times, please don’t give up. Better times are coming ❤️
been waiting forever for better times.not sure how much i can wait.only so much a man can take before he starts getting tired of it no matter how hard he tries to make things right.life just isn't or meant for everyone i guess
@@cruedust Good luck to you in the future. If you want to know something interesting, go to the KZhead channel!
@@cruedust for the past 4 years I was in a deep dark place . Find something productive that you enjoy and it will bring you happiness. Discipline yourself .
@@VpKing thank you.i appreciate that.trust me i have done and still do many things i love.it goes beyond that, sometimes life loses true meaning and no matter what you do no matter how hard you try it just doesn't work out for some.i mad or bitter about anything just extremely tired.thank you again
@Peter Miller even the toughest get tired.hard times or certain situations can and sometimes do last longer than people.no matter how tough someone may think they are, everyone can be broken down after so much.
I’ve definitely heard of Liam Harrison though. If you follow Muay Thai you probably would have heard. Low kick beast.
Lead left hook fam'. It's terrifying the way he delivers it.
Yeah. He’s on his way out I think based on his last fights
@@TheBAZZiX he won his last 3?
@@TheBAZZiX on his way out, you mad or what?
@@TheBAZZiX 2wwwwwew
Everyone in the Muay Thai community is of course well aware of Liam and the incredible history he has carved out for himself over the last 20 years. It is great to see the recognition he is now receiving, and the platforms that are showing interest in him so the everyday person can learn more about him and Muay Thai.
This kid is oppitamy off a Gladiator as an amateur boxer from leeds I have so much respect for this lad he worked at Tesco so he could fight! Not for fame not for glory on to be on Sky sports just for the love of fight game what a Top Lad! True inspiration 👏🏻
Im nearly 50 now, ive put in hard all my life, over last 2 months has been living with low self-esteem badly, watching this has help me snap out, 1000% true, never give up, belive me life is very short, its just go so quick.
“If you want to be the best at it you’ve got to be obsessed by it” - I like that.
Absolute diamond of a fighter. I never met Liam but I love his attitude and success stories. What a fighter.

Love from India🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳👏👏
This vid has cemented this determination in my mind I have to just keep pushing myself harder and harder in the gym. Truly an inspiration to me and a lot of others I’m sure. Thank you Liam!
“The fighter who give their all will be around next year. Don’t save anything. Give it all you got.”
I met Liam last April 2019 in Phuket , i'm ashamed to say (liking Muay Thai , but not being massive in knowledge) I didn't know who he was 🙈 We were in a group and had a night out. What an absolute top fella he was really down to earth and he didn't play on any of this at all. It's been a pleasure since finding out the history of his career.Good luck to Liam for the future 🙏🌍🌎🌏🙏Chok Dee Krub🙏
Trust because you are willing to accept the risk, not because it's safe or certain."
Much Respect. Thank you for lighting the way for us. I need to watch this a few more times to grasp the depth.
Fantastic production of a great fighter, this should be on national tv !
Having listened to Liam, one recurring thought enters my mind. Total self belief, and absolute dedication. 🤙
What a sound way to view performance & life... The higher the climb, the thinner the air... the colder the temperature, the more the body fatigues, but the view is stunning and only a few will see it if they really desire to... Mountain climbing, ring fighting, war fighting, building a business or anything else comes down to Clarity, Desire & Unwavering Determination... Great video!!!
Absolute beast.
Thanks for making this! Gotta love the Muay Thai fam. Liam's a master of Leg kicks and K.O. lead hooks to the head. Legend.
His attitude is unbelievable massive respect to this guy hope he’s reaping his rewards
unbelievable motivational! not the last time i watched this! thx a lot for sharing this man
"Is the juice worth the squeeze?" Love that! Inspirational guy!
This video couldn't come at a better time. I was home, a bit sleepy after short nights, starting to find reasons to not ride my bike in the chilly evening to the boxing gym as the time to get out was approaching...but this gave me the needed kick! 🙏🏻
Liam remaind me so much Ramon... Same power same precision same heart....God bless you champ 🙏
We all have the ability to reach our full potential if we are willing to make the necessary sacrifices
yes we do!
Very true
“Being obsessed with whatever you’re doing, will bring you success.”👊🏽💯
Needed this. New month, New Goals, New Mind Set!
hope to hear good things, keep it up.
🙌
Gay lord, get real son.
Great life story, this guy wanted this so bad, Thailand’s notorious for taking no prisoners in the fight world, respect ✊
Thank you for making this video, Mulligan Brothers !
thank you always for the nice comments.
@@MulliganBrothers you're welcome. I am a big fan of your work. 🙏
Brilliant interview so inspiring
Remember seeing him fighting as a young lad on Channel 5 when they used to show Kickboxing on late night telly. He had a devastating low kick and which would make most fighters quit within a few rounds. Always wondered what happened to him and his career when Channel 5 stopped showing fights.
This is beautiful. What a journey this guy went through
Wow...just wow. I remember when your channel only had 10 thousand subscribers and now look at you! Over 1 million!! Everyday, I played your videos over and over because they helped me :) thank you for all of the hard work you put in. Some of them have helped me through tough times and I'm sure the same goes for many other individuals
Thank you so much for this kind comment. I'm the same, had motivational videos on repeat everyday to help me. Hope you have a blessed and productive day. Hopefully we can keep helping.
Excellent video. What a warrior. Never heard of him because not to familiar with Muay thai but its inspiring to have a British role model in these videos.

Liam's mentality is inspirational. I wish him continued success
That was super inspiring. Glad I saw this. He’s very well spoken on top of being a complete badass.
From one Brit to another Brit, respect man, what a motivational video.... Face your fears, face the pain, make the uncomfortable comfortable, what would life be without challenges ... Very Stoic.... Much love to all
Amazing I’m late on this but this man is the definition of create explore expand and conquer definitely motivated me been stuck in this less motivated state this past week but the grind don’t stop to better myself 🙏🏾💪🏾👏🏾
You can do it! Always appreciate your support. Hope you're well.
Truly inspiring,Liam is one of the best in the business
Went to Thailand at 18 my son's 18 couldn't imagine him going to Thailand on his own, brave guy he must have wanted it so bad.
I don't understand your sentence at all. "at 18 my son's 18" ?
His observation is that Liam went to Thailand when he was 18. The commenter, as a father, couldn't imagine his current 18 year old son leaving and going there alone... ha ha

This video is worth watching! More of this, please!
I know who Liam is, he is incredibly well respected. Fantastic spirit, huge heart as Thai's say, a very tenacious and inspiring man
Exactly what he said! You got to get after it. Get up, get off the couch, do the time, know that it won’t happen overnight, just a little bit every day, stay at it. If you can do these simple things, you won’t believe how far you’ve come in just 6 months! Go get it! 💪👍
exactly, well said.
MulliganBrothers thank you!

Nice one! After watching this, I ran to the gym instead of driving. Inspirational.

I just want you guys to know that your motivational videos are legitimately saving my life, especially during these unpredictable times in the world today. Thanks so much for all the hard work and NEVER STOP making these awesome videos Cheers Mate🍻😎🍻 👏 😎 👏
I used to watch him on TV in Australia. Him and Damien Trainor were the stand outs. Liam and Steve Wakeling then took British MT to the next level. Liam Harrison has always been one of favourite fighters.
I want to know more about this guy, he talks sense! What a guy 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Took the leap and enrolled into his course and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Will be posting some content on my page of my first 3 months learning but he is a serious monster 💪🏿
