They gave him the jade color hands instead of his red/orange ones and the changed the colors of his skin in general too. Not a great change in my opinion.

I don't like how they force in the long ponytail on the skins. Especially on the storm dragon skin. The rest looks good though.
you dont like the long ponytail in the redesign then, that's just them trying to keep the new skins thematically consistent with the new base design. also the storm dragon one is fine
@deadrottenbird It wouldn't be an issue for me if they didn't give the pool party skin a sudden ponytail. I get silhouette consistency but it's not the first time a champion has missing features in certain skins. Shit, Boxing Lee is a complete silhouette departure but he works, so why do they have to glue a rat tail to every Lee skin now?

@@twisvis5531 Why did they do this now? I MEAN, 11 years of league, of course they are gonna update all old the champion models. Again, it's a part of his character. Literally, his base model had his hair wrapped around his neck, but it was still part of his design. They still kept the reasonable short haired ones without em, of course. But having hair, or bandages simulating that, was always the intention.
Only thing I don't like is that they removed the tiger tattoos from Traditional lee sin, that's my favorite Lee sin skin.
ya they did traditional lee sin dirty. Also, his short shaggy hair was distinctive from the other skins; it was part of his style, making him appear to be a yakuza street brawler thug as apposed to a martialist
To be fair the tiger tattoos are literally unreadable from how far away we see him. I don’t even realize those were tigers till you pointed it out lol 😂
@@molamola9723 Yeah it's just a personal complaint I'm bias though Tiger's in general are my favorite animal. They just replaced them with tiger stripes so its not the same but overall not the worst.

The ponytail felt weird at first but it just makes his animations feel soooo much better. You dont feel like his back is getting squashed and streched so much, especially on Storm Dragon. Seemingly small change but it adds a lot imo

No Pool party looks so much better with it. Fits the "cool guy at the beach" theme 100% better

Pool party actually throws the coconut drink now (it disappears from his model) and gets it back after he dashes to the enemy.
They didn't rework his eyes :> They used the storm dragon animation for the rework :D

Pretty nice. The changes are pretty subtle but it looks like an upgrade from PS1 sprite graphics so it's a big difference nonetheless. Impressive how a little bit went a long way here. Just got God Fist, so can't wait to bonk some bonkables with it!

For me I like Pool Party and Storm Dragon in the OG Ver. Because of his Hair Style is more Unique and Fit to the Skin. And for Dragon Fist i love the Wild Rift Version and it has a Prestige with this Skin.
Now there's only 49 other champions that desperately need a visual update yey!

The old knockout lee sin was incredibly bad. Even though it was a rare skin, it had almost no animations

yeah for some odd reason riot didn't like lee sin with a pony tail for majority of the skin line up.
With old game tech, moving thing like pony tail very expensive, complicated and not worth it. That the reason.

While I like that they gave him a ponytail on most skins to make it more consistent, it's weird that they chose not to for Dragonfist. I obviously get it for Knockout and Divine Fist, but... why give a ponytail to SKT T1 then? It works for FPX cause it's part of the sentai armor, but it looks weird in SKT T1.

honestly. Lee is one of the most popular champs in all regions. while i would want Cho or Kog or someone else to get the visual rework I get why he got it. hell Im actually surprised it took them this long with how popular he is everywhere

I'm surprised they didn't force the ponytail on Knockout. And the only skins that benefit from the rework are probably the really old ones like Traditional and Playmaker. Same way that way older and less popular champions could benefit from a VU instead of Lee Sin who is still great at the moment. There was no need for this and in my opinions it's for the worse 🙃.
