No fight scene in this world can beat the Flashpoint final fight scene, for me. It's the perfect blend of realistic choreography. The variety of techniques used from various martial arts wete simply a masterpiece.
Watch my brother the raid 1 and 2
@@warriror_ninja Watched both a long time ago. I still stand with my opinion, Flashpoint final fight is the crème de la crème of MMA realistic choreography.

This is truly one of the best fist fighting scenes in movies. Don Yen learned martial art since he was a young boy and has never stopped practicing the art and skills ever since.
This fight scene always impresses me. Its someone I want to be. Defending someone I care about. Regardless about the martial arts you study. Defending someone who can't defend themselves.

I’m a HUGE FAN, of all Donnie Yen movies.
These Ip Man videos are great. I've watched a bunched of them. One of the things that makes these so great is that Donnie is always holding back, doing the least harm and damage as possible to get the fight stopped. He doesn't really want to hurt anyone. You only get as much punishment as you ask for. But this particular video is different, and I saw it a long time ago. Here, the setting is military and the fight is completely different. His opponents in this video get more than they imagined. Tremendous work, creating these films.

The fight scene against 10 black belters will always be the most incredible Donnie Yen scene for me.
❤️❤️💯
Dude laid them all out effortlessly lmao
He straight ripped that dude's leg out of it's socket! That hurt me watching it!
Just acting u under normal circumstances it will never happen
Donnie Yen…the best Ip Man…I really enjoyed all the movies because of him👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
There is just an emotional strength in the "slaughtering 10 black belts" scene... It was as if he was more furious than ever.
Flashpoint fight was awesome.
Donnie is flipping Yen! What an awesome student/master of the Arts! Phenomenal!

Loved Donnie Yen in IP Man. Simply fantastic
can't believe he was such a throw away character in blade 2. this man is such a badass.
You believe i was very young when blade 2 came out but when i became my teenage years i noticed he comes out.
The last fight was too tough for Ip Man. He did very well by changing his skills from kung Fu to kick boxing 🥊
Donnie Yen is so skilled. It amazes me how he makes it look so easy when he uses different styles in different movies and he still looks so natural regardless of the style used.
That's because his timing is impeccable. His reaction to an opponent's attack is delayed just ever so slightly, reminiscent of reaction time in a real fight, instead of being positioned to block before the punch has been thrown like lessor actors would. Adkins et al should learn from him. That's why Donnie's fights look so good.

These 2 Ip Man fights has to be the best in the entire franchise. All other fights are just exhibition matches with celebrity stars, but it's these 2 moments that truly feels personal to Ip Man. Like bro thinks he can attack the wife and get away with it. 💀
I was tense the whole fight. Damn that was awesome!.
I really loved his complicity with his wife, who moves with the movements of combat, to prevent him from losing while trying to protect her.

When it comes to martial arts, Dan Yang is truly an expert. His martial arts skills are world-renowned. Anyway, it's good to see him. Jack Lee and Jackie Chan have praised his martial arts. His mother is also a martial arts teacher, so his martial arts skills are not that strange
That music is so powerful for this scene..wow what a scene, love Donnie Yen
Donnie yen is the best fighter I have seen since Bruce Lee. I know this is all choreographed but so was all of Bruce’s work. How good of a scene would it have been to watch Donnie and Bruce have go? EPIC!!!
👍
Do you know Jet Li? Lol
@@fabghirinlli7010 indeed. I would rank him #3. With Tony Jaa #4. But believe me I definitely see the argument for Jet Li being ranked as high as #2. For me though I think Donnie has an edge over him. Also I have forgotten about Jackie. I probably put him #4 now and Jaa at #5

Every time I see donnie's clip, I want to watch the next clip. it has an invisible charm and inadvertently takes me from clip to clip. could only be Donnie. I don't know when someone can replace him. No.1, no choice!
I LOVE DONNIE YEN !!!!!! Love all his Ip Man movies !

Bruce Lee , Jackie Chen , Jet Li , Sammo Hung and now Donnie Yen...generations after generations of great martial arts actors the world has ever seen .
Who is the next legend? We need a 30+ years old legend. Donnie Yen is getting old, he's 59 years old now.

The most amazing thing about Kung Fu movie is that they show you all the moves, no cuts or edits like Hollywood does, everything seems more realistic and convincing. They don’t have to worry about hurting their actors because the actors know they sign up for this, but in Hollywood the directors really need to take the actors’ safety and insurance stuff into consideration since their faces alone probably worth a million or something
watch Tony Jaa in the Protector.. one of the longest NO CUT scenes ever made in a kung fu fight....
But you gotta admit, the whole Marvel cinematic movies are pretty damn awesome!
look good in movie but in the reaity kung fu is nothing. no match for Boxing and Muai Thai. Indeed.

Always loved watching these shows with my son when he was a kid. The choreography alone is awesome.
As a judoka. He dropped 4 different throw at the end was insane. Speechless period
that is what I thought, too. He used a lot of different moves from different martial arts in the flashpoint fight
Thanks, that segment made me think 🤔 "wonder what a judoka would think of these"? I know Donnie has a purple belt in BJJ but looks like he learned some judo too. God damn.

Love the "Ip Man"!
For those of you who dont know. That first fight in this video, from the third movie, is right after Ip Man finds out his wife has cancer. Its one of just a few times I see him actually fight out of emotion. He usually waits patiently in his fights and lets his opponent make the first move. But in this fight he goes aggressive and attacks first, and dismantles his opponent. This fight is so out of character for Ip Man the way he plays it, it just shows how much he was going through at the time. (Still not HALF as much anger as he showed the military general in the first movie, he straight up killed that man).
Imo, the final fight vs the military general was outshined by the dojo fight vs 10. That vs 10 scene just hit me so hard idk

How about IP Man 2. 🔥🔥🙌🙌
The elevator fight scene for me is the best for various reasons but above anything else because he "HAS" to be good , he HAS to win no matter what , his wife is in there . Now apart from that I had a similar situation in real life so I can relate . When the fight went to the stairs , it was even better . Some effects were a bit "overkill" but most of the fight was well performed choreography!
IP MAN: Get out! Killer: Bring me the slippers!

Fun fact : the last fight between donnie yen and collin chou was not scripted it was donnie's request to go all out and collin agreed.
i love this fight. both styles are pretty realistic in a street fight and you see a lot of real contact with just moderate holding back. it could be better, because this is a fight to death, not a figth you just want the other part knock out...to say no eye poke, no contact to the throat etc. but for a street brawl this is awesome. maybe my nr.1
👏👏 It was such a clean fight, you see it all, all moves.
His wife be going thru it lol ... She can’t go nowhere without Donnie ass always fighting 😩

When it comes to fighting, Donnie Yen is a beast!
It's either angriness or angry and his best friend got shot on stage so lol
Very good fighting skills by donie yen impressive

IP man 3, that elevator scene was amazing and IP just absolutely destroys him.
Does Donnie Yen ever wake up realize he's doing the same movie OVER, and OVER, and OVER and OVER, and OVER again!? He ever get bored with it? At least Jet Li movies had SUBSTANCE!
Every movie is just a pretense for a lot of fighting, which is what every Donnie Yen fan has come to watch. The more the better!

Ip Man 1 scene was very intense & emotional.

1:35 Amazing detail of Wing Chun horse stance. The one thing Wing Chun horse stance different from traditional Chinese martial arts horse stance is that Wing Chun horse stance is more finesse and uses less space, because it was created primarily for women who has a smaller statue. It enables the woman who uses it able to maintain her fighting stance even in her feminine posture, compared to the huge, displayful, wide-step horse stance like Hung Gar. Basically when the assassin pushed Ip Man into a close-quarter space like the staircase, it is the place when Wing Chun is the most effective. Because women who were trained in Wing Chun in the past were taught to run into a small alley and face her attackers/harassers one by one, so that to not get overwhelmed.
In the Flashpoint clip, did I see an Ali- style circus wind up? That's when you know he's got your number
