Documents the work of a 1995 team of volunteers from Toronto’s Hospital for Sick Children on behalf of Por Cristo, a Catholic organization in Boston, MA dedicated to improving the health of children in Ecuador. In the public hospital, Los Ninos de Alejandro Mann, in Guayaquil. The team worked with local medical staff to treat and children who have suffered major burns, primarily from cooking fires. Team members included Drs. Ronald Zucker and Dr. David Fear and nurses Alison Miller and Christine Curtis. Also featuring Father Frank Smith, Mill Hill Missionaries.
