He was trolling, some of the teens from the previous video shed light on the situation. Apparently Quinn was in a relationship during the filming and couldn't really actually be on a date, so he just decided to seem very weird and off-putting, just be in a role.
I hate when teens and young adults are rejected for not having any "experience". 1: You're like 13-20 years old and YOU have barely had any experience. 2: Nobody can get any experience if they keep getting turned down for not having experience. 3: Not having experience in these things by the time you're a senior in high school isn't a bad thing or an indicator of a bad partner.
