Brea Fecteau I've also done a course in skin care. Lol look it up. We aren't talking specifically primer we are talking makeup as a whole. Modern makeup does not mess up your skin - older makeup did when they were less advanced in technology. They've now adapted makeup to be good for the skin, some better than others. Some even have skincare benefits. It clogs your pores if you leave your makeup on overnight. Primer actually prevents makeup from clogging pores as it creates a barrier between the skin.
For someone who studied skin care you sure are clueless. It does that if its left on and not properly taken off.

YES! Her before tells me she has no clue how amazing her natural curls are. The fact they are fighting to be curly when she seems to just brush n go.... tells us she has a ton of awesomeness awaiting her discovery.
Umm...they didn't do either. They lighted bother their hair pretty drastically and they definitely straitened they hair with a iron. I have the same hair as the first girl, and you can not get that hair without some major effort and interference.

The thing that gets me is that they do these makeovers and most of the time they dont teach the person how to maintain the new look. They dont take them shopping to show them what looks good. They dont take them through the styling process for their hair so they can do it every day and they dont teach the people how to apply the makeup correctly or show them multiple styles of makeup. They just rush them through this style change and send them on their way. And before you know it, they look exactly like they did before the make over even happened.
sec12345able that's why I prefer watching "What Not to Wear" because they go through the entire process of eliminating stuff that is unflattering and shopping for a new wardrobe and styling hair and makeup in a way that the participant can replicate on her own.

Came to change my username - can't think of one. The heels are high of course u can tell by the way she is walking. I wonder if the bottoms of her heels are slick feeling though. I was made over on the today show several years ago and it was kind of a scam. They had me use a makeup remover that irritated my skin, then they took the “before” picture when I was all red and rashy. Then a makeup artist spent hours doing my makeup and none of the products that she used were the ones that she was there selling. It was crazy. Then at the end they invited all of us to join them for the Easter dinner that they had made earlier in the show ( we were so hungry we enthusiastically said yes) but as soon as the cameras quit rolling we were hurried out by security 😂

The best part of this video is how they made over their hair. Really complimented their bodies and face. It wont matter want they do with make up. Both women are naturally beautiful.

There are a million dark brunettes in the world as well and girls with black hair. You never look unique there will always be a person who has features that look like another's. You sound insecure about yourself and you are taking it out on a little girl who was perfectly happy with her make over.
It's not to make her seem ugly before, makeup and a new hair do is just one of those days when you just want feel good about yourself. Like a spa day

I don't wear makeup and I wear my hair down all the time, my family says I look ugly. But a lot of my friends think I look pretty. I honestly don't care what people think of me, as long as I'm comfortable in my own skin, and this poor girl looks so uncomfortable.

No, I don't agree. It is up to the make over people to be sure that there is no lipstick on their teeth. I think both of them are self-conscious about the lipstick because neither of them are accustomed to wearing it. I hate lipstick and have never worn it.

It's not about making someone appear beautiful but about making someone FEEL beautiful. A makeover can do just that sometimes! It brings out the confidence that some (not all) are lacking. It's a great thing and I would love to experience it!
