The long awaited chore of getting through all the pens and pencils all over my house is finally done! Yay! Apparently my husband and I are inadvertent collectors. I am elderly and ever since I was a child I loved hearing digging, sorting, paper sounds. Always has relaxed and given me such comfort. I never told a soul because I thought there must surely be something wrong with me!Until...I discovered there was a name for this last year after finding you quite by accident! Now I have embraced my wonderful ASMR addiction! Now I know I'm not alone! Especially when I'm stressed, it is a beautiful thing. Your channel is the best so I watch your's exclusively! THANK YOU!❤❤❤

The exact sound of me discovering ASMR in school. It was only ever when someone would rummage through my pencil case to borrow something 😍 I had no idea why I liked it, only that it was such a pleasant and calming feeling. I agree, I really dislike the tapping and it actually has a negative effect for me, as it feels like it is triggering head or ear pains.
This is the very thing that started it all for me. Sitting in class watching my friend go through her pencil case and feeling so relaxed and almost sleepy. This is very nostalgic for me. Thank you Rebecca I love what you do❤️

Wow I honestly thought it was just me, it was the same for me sitting watching my friends rummage for something in their pencil case,I would feel my head getting heavy just listening to her lol
As a young child certain sounds would put me into a daze, hypnotic like. I have found a few good ASMR channels but yours by far is organic, intoxicating, and pure. You keep it simple and you are so good at this I feel its natural, as it should be.

Your comment really nailed it Paul. The reason Rebecca is the BEST ASMR KZheadr in my view, is because there are no forced actions which would be out of place in normal behaviour. Everything is natural and purposeful which adds to the authenticity and the depth of the hypno-daze!

Didn't have much money as a family growing up. So I sat beside someone like you. With all the gel pens and the stamp markers everything Crayola. And two pencil cases filled to the tip of nice things. Was always so jealous. But my friend would let me use her things as long as I was gentle and don't drop the pencil crayons cuz then the colour inside breaks and it's done. Than cuz when u sharpen it it just falls out. Lol. But cool story's.

I absolutely love this! This is my earliest asmr experience in the classroom when everyone was silent doing their work and a random student rummaged through their backpack for pencils. I almost immediately went into a trance, which caused major time management issues. Haha 😁✌❤

It's difficult to find up-and-coming ASMRtists who aren't doing over-the-top trends like fast tapping and saying the same words 30 times in a minute. This video is very nice and relaxed, and that's not even counting the lovely soundscape you've created! I enjoy the relaxed nature of it, and the slow, methodical, and careful way you go about the rummage. I can easily take naps to this video and listen to it to chill or even go to bed for the night. Thank you for this lovely production!

I'm realising now that I got tingles in my childhood when I drew something❤️ sometimes when I'm really relaxed I got them now too while drawing. I will always love the sounds of pencils and crinkle paper and those heavy plastic bags💕 love this video❤️

One day when I was in middle school I laid my head down on my desk for a brief rest and heard the sounds of rummaging through my desk of my friend going inside her desk going through her pencil case. I don’t know why the sounds of her rummaging through her pencil case soothed me so much but it put me to sleep and ever since I loved the sound. Thank you so much for this video. I remember in kindergarten when the kids would shuffle through their crayon box I would get so relaxed.. that was my first experience of asmr this video is so relaxing
It’s a good memory isn’t it Becky. You and I have the same name and the same memory. My very first ASMR experience was also at school. First, crinkly paper and snack wrappers then it was pencil rummage. Thirdly was at a grocery store while someone was stocking the aisle with plastic packages. Fourthly was at a department store with someone sliding hangers on the circular display. Ah...childhood. 🥰
