what's the color of wall ? black or white? I heard gray was the best but can't find it in big size

For me personally I have gotten pretty much the same results on a white wall and a light gray wall. However dark gray did not work very well for me.

Why not use a green screen? Just wondering
Technically you could use a green screen. It would be a lot more work though. You would need to make sure it is lit just right so you could get a good key, and you would have to worry about green spill. But with this set up there is nothing you really have to set up you just turn the lights on, pick and color, and monitor what it looks like in real time.
Its extra work in post production. If you can get it done camera get it done camera.
