What you didn’t see on tv is that that actually did not die down one bit for the entire time between innings. Every drink was in the air, everybody was jumping up and down hugging and screaming. Five times, they were in a win-or-go home game. Five times, they got behind. Five times, they came back and won. This was a special October.

Juan Soto is not only a good hitter, but has become a great defender. Before every game he goes out and works on defense, and balls off the wall. Juan Soto is also a smart baserunner. He is not a burner by any means, but the guy had quite a few stolen bases, and was only thrown out 2xs last year. This kid gets it done in every aspect of the game, and I think 2020 could be a fun year for him, if he is protected in the line-up. He will get the protection behind him in Kendrick or Zimmerman, but they need to find somebody to put in front of him.
