The 2024 Mercedes GLE epitomizes the pinnacle of luxury and cutting-edge technology in the mid-size SUV segment. For 2024, the GLE-class receives a facelift and introduces a new plug-in hybrid powertrain, exemplifying Mercedes' commitment to staying at the forefront of automotive innovation. The GLE450e model joins the lineup, featuring a turbocharged four-cylinder engine coupled with an electric motor, promising ample electric driving range for short trips. Visually, the 2024 GLE showcases subtle exterior updates, including a refreshed front bumper design, an updated grille, new lighting elements, and restyled wheels. Inside, a monolithic dashboard display dominates the cabin, providing an impressive amount of digital real estate and reflecting the brand's tech-forward approach. A noteworthy addition is the second generation of Mercedes MBUX infotainment interface, now offering wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The steering wheel has been redesigned with touch-sensitive controls, while updated chrome trim and new two-tone upholstery options contribute to the SUV's luxurious interior. Engine options include a 255-hp turbocharged four-cylinder for the GLE350 and a 362-hp turbocharged inline-six for the GLE450. Standard amenities include automated emergency braking with pedestrian detection, blind-spot monitoring, and rear cross-traffic alert.   • This is the best visual tutorial of this suv! I have the Toureg for a few years and have always said that my upgrade will be a Mercedes SUV of some kind. I tend to hold unto my automobile for a while to get the best use out of them and when I shop, I look for one that will give satisfy my needs (space, comfort, look, feel, how it handles road conditions etc...). I love this style that is similar to the Toureg but packed with a little more luxury and sport, a must for my SUV. I saw somewhere that the sticker price hovers somewhere in the 70K range which is more than I wish to spend for any automobile so I will mostly likely look for one that is certified from a lease to save on cost.

  • Very very disappointd. Experiencing loud engine noise and another noise which Mercedes says is normal Also camera clicking noise every time about to stop and start up. Mercedes says is normal. Have owned 3 Mercedes and not happy with my new GLE. And not happy with normal diagnosis. This is a so called luxury vehicle and and I feel like I am driving a truck. Am I the only one?
