Took a video of the SLS launch from Kennedy Space Center at 1:47 AM on November 16th, 2022. What an epic show! Lots of crackly rumbling, light, smoke, and it went right by the moon twice (I only got it the second time).
Nikon Z7II, Nikon 200-500mm lens, Sennheiser MKE-400 microphone.
I watched on TV first Saturn V , Space Shuttle and now SLS launch
I remember STS-1!
One of the best in focus videos of this. Could even see the craters on the moon's day and dark side zone
Yeah I wish I knew this camera bit better to adjust the brightness so it wasn't so blown out. But yes, I'm a stickler for being in focus. Thank you for the compliment!

That was a great video, thanks for sharing it with us. I was able to see it pretty good up here in Jacksonville. How were the crowds? Did it seem any thinner based on the time of the launch?
Not thin at all. It was hard to find parking 4 hours before launch and we were about 11 miles away.
