Even so, Hollywood usually casts only Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc. They also only cast people who look like that decent, and they are usually used for fillers, ex. The one who dies first in a horror movie, to be able to say that the cast is diverse. If you're talking about being happy with your job, and loving it and people around you, Asians are just the same as everyone who works hard!
Don't wanna ruin the jump part but i'm pretty sure that she was actually stretching (while hiding it in a cute way, you can tell she jumps with both legs in order to adjust her muscles) because when you don't do a move like that for some time and then you do your muscles aren't ready for that position and start hurting really fast and if you don't stretch them right away you'll get a muscle spasm, imagine having such a pain on live TV!
