Why did the Russian police and security forces not respond to the calls for help? It was 90 minutes before those security forces and police showed up. Wonder why that is?

Because security officers died in this attack, they called in special response teams instead of regular police to respond. And that took a considerable more time due to the nature of the outfit. It was also during rush hour but i didn't look into that to see if it was true.

The roughed up suspects you see in the Video are of Central Asian Origin. Their Ancestors were forcefully converted into Islam by the Arabs after the Arabs invaded Central Asia around 800 or 900 A.D. Their byproducts came into India through the Northwest after 1000 A.D as the result of disunity within India.
