Chorus:
Easy, ready, willing, overtime
Where does it stop
Where do you dare me
To draw the line
You've got the body
Now you want my soul
Don't even think about it
Say no go
I, I 'll do anything
That you want me to do
And I'll do almost anything
That you want me to, ooh
But I can't go for that, no (no) no can do
No, I can't go for that, no (no) no can do
I can't go for that, no (no) no can do

      @mchurch72@mchurch728 жыл бұрын
    • +mchurch72 Music, like most art, progresses over time. It builds on the past to create something new and different and often more technical. An example of this is that this drum machine sounds like total garbage compared to modern synthesized drum machines/beats. It's a pretty glaring fallacy to suggest that music just keeps getting worse. What does happen is most people's taste doesn't evolve with new culture. A surgically modified fat ass has zero bearing and relevance in arguing about the music/art that the person who has one produces.

So HAD to come and listen again. I then typed g@@gle to see what they are doing now - only to read about a Law Suit etc. Saddens me greatly- I thought they were great friends. Sending much love and prayers from the UK. I was shocked to read that both men are now in their 70s, but then I am in my 60s now. Gosh TIME FLIES!! I hear this music and it catapults me back to the 1980s when I was at University and I attended clubs or parties and this and their music was played over and over and over again. Then travelled from Britain to Nigeria in the 1980 - to visit my late mum - same thing at parties! Phew! Their music truly blessed generations. These men are legends!! Happy memories ❤

    • Tyler Ballz Why you mad, guy? The 80s in general were comical, from the neon jumpsuits to the hairstyles, etc. Massive amounts of cocaine mixed with waning artistic sensibilities makes for comedy gold, which is exemplified perfectly by the 80s, of which H&O were a staple of the culture. I didn’t say anything about their musical abilities, only that by today’s standards it’s pretty damn cheesy. “No can do...” Bahahaha That’s amazingly corny and lame, and that’s the reality whether your perception aligns with it or not. I ain’t mad; why you mad?

Live acoustic with no digital editing. Thanks and peace.
