This is the 10th mission of Yuri's fan made campaign, Woodpecker. Probably the hardest mission so far you will have to face three opponents which will attack from all sides. The red AI will become very dangerous once it builds Iron Curtain and starts sending Kirovs so don't take the mission lightly and be prepared. Capture the Oil Derricks nearby and make sure to construct Genetic Mutator as fast as possible to keep the funds coming. Also, before capturing the Radars and the Power Plants make sure to save the game.

tg, if you didn't know this power loss bug at 36:10 If your disc is holding control of a powerplant and you send an engineer to capture it, as soon as you capture it you will lose power for like 0.1s, why does it happen? No idea, but it happens
The disc needs time to stop it and thats why it deactivates your power for a little bit. Try yourself and move a disc away when its holding a powerplant, its take a little bit until the enemy gets his power back

One thing I love abt this map and mission is that they kept the COD: Cold War Sviet Ending's location Duga LOVE THE MISSION Too bad that the entire mission was going so well and then the Chrono Commandos siked the last remaining patience out of you 🤣🤣🤣🤣

At 36:12 or something, how you lost elite apoc to low power - an engineer accidentally captured a power plant from which the disc was draining power. Happened to me once, I lost entire batallion of elite apocs controlled by psychic towers. That was a serious bust. 😄 Cheers.

@@tsiripas take your time also I would suggest to play on casual or normal a lot of the mission have parts that if you don’t know beforehand will kill you in higher difficulties

49:11 They appear on the upper left corner of the map. I was not sure what will happen so I took every defensive measures as I can to protect those towers.... Survived the final atk with first try after loosing so many times to reach the final objective.... Nice play tg.. And best of luck for the next mission.

@@tsiripas I won’t say it’s easy as u r now familiar with the continuous atk. Bt it gets very annoying at the end. You will understand when u have to spend hours to find just one thing in the whole map to destroy. And one advice for next mission.... Sell/destroy every allied/soviet structures that u have captured/built in the end.

What percentage of initial price does it cost to fix a vehicle from 1 hp to max? Is it ever more cost-effective to use an engineer instead of a wrench? etc.)

Sure there was. The Allies Chronoed in their MCV and units at the start. It would of been too easy if you just had to capture the buildings. Actually I think that’s all you have to do in Easy mode.
And so history was made... or unmade. Guess the Allied perspective is next. In the meantime, am gonna rewatch your classic missions playlist. These mods are nice, but I think I need some good old Westwood stuff as a breather.

Just a suggestion... if an enemy engineer, if I'm not mistaken is from the red team, capture your bio reactor, you can use floating disc on it and that may power down the entire red team base.

Yeah, even when you think the map is cleared... try putting some troops in the buildings around the radar place... and maybe a few tanks and disks... don't assume the map is going to be clear when the Allies have access to time travel, etc. :D

When i captured the power plants and radar, it says "Mission Failed" and then starts over again
The Floating Discs' Siphon Ability can also siphon Credits from enemy Ore Refineries, perfect to fund Yuri Prime's cause I can sense trouble on the Horizon- based on the comments - Save your progress everytime you achieve a breakthrough; then build the Allied- Soviet MCVs and Service Depots en masse- protect them, and they'll provide you forces quickly and efficiently Those Soviet Dreadnoughts and Apocalypse Tanks should be useful to you- Subject them to the Psychic Dominator and they'll serve you permanently

I found a way to bypass Tesla Troubles... turns out if you play the next level with a save-game of the YR Soviet campaign, then win that one, the game won't load the next map and instead restart the map just played. So I managed to finish the whole campaign (I think it was on Medium though since that's the difficulty I had my savegames set to) Yeah, this level I think I just went after the Allies first, captured an Airforce Command and then used combined Paratroopers from the airport to overwhelm my opponents so capturing the arrays was a trivial matter.
There’s actually a download fix for part2 now.

U r a so gold player but ur only prob is the defenses u have to focus on building the Gatling cannons next to the psychic towers Every psychic tower has 4 Gatling cannons around it and u will see that it is a strong point against any attack
