    • Thank you!!! That’s what I initially thought the plot was going to be about, but then we got this instead.

  • This film is weirdly Twilight New Moon coded and I’m so absolutely okay with that

    • @@dirniaaa 1. Bad acting 2. She spend most of the movie being afraid of him, but all of a sudden she's into him but he's still scaring her. Weird. 3. The weird boyfriend thing (he litteraly went on one date with her and got obsessed). 4. The fact that Rigel (the main man) had the most minimal character development ever, it actually didn't exist. And that he beat up two boys, just for her to not care at all that he has violence problems. 5. Wtf were those make out scenes? And their first kiss was sooo disappointing. 6. Her narrating all the time was annoying (just show, don't tell my everything). 7. The trial was ridiculous (should have been a bigger part and not cramped into the last part of the movie). 8. The adoptive parents litteraly chose Rigel to come with them too, just he could play the piano 🤣. 9. The one-sided lesbian side love story, that was soooo disappointing. Like they just through that in there just to do it badly, I felt offended. 10. Last but not least.....the ending (and I mean like the last five minutes). ....Overall I think this movie should have been a series. Them being adopted together, the abuse in the orphanage, the trial, the "I have loved you all along", the enemies to lovers, even the obsessed boyfriend, the best friends side story. With a series all of this would have had the time to develop and grow. Like one season would have been enough.

  • You've got to read the book for the movie to make real sense. The book was great and the movie soundtrack was great. They missed out too much.
