On this occasion, I embarked on a venture to test my mettle amidst the frigid winter conditions, opting to sojourn overnight in the woods amidst a snowfall. I earnestly hope this video imparts to you the serene tranquility and the breathtaking beauty of nature that enveloped me on that memorable day #Bushcraft #Camping #Survival #NatureEscape

  • Dude fantastic skill. The auger and peg system is the way all craftsmanship was ages ago before nails. It was funny to see you go from old ways to a modern staple gun! Nice roll up front tarp. The peg system and roller are definitely stuff I haven’t seen in a video before. Excellent shelter, great craftsmanship and good video.

  • A wonderful video, but why do you only protect your upper body from the winter cold with a hat, hoodie, anorak and shoes, but your legs only have a very thin olive-colored cargo pocket, moleskin summer pants, I'm freezing horribly just by wearing them like that thin olive-colored cargo pockets made from moleskin summer trousers. I'm afraid for you because both of your legs will soon freeze, please don't do bushcraft without warm winter pants.

    @postulatedspace@postulatedspace3 ай бұрын
    • This is also a simple hobby of mine. I like spending time in nature, learning to make things with my own hands and feeling closer to the life of our ancestors. In addition, this is a great way to forget about stress and calm down. Perhaps this is a kind of way of meditation for me. I hope it has the same healing effect for the viewer

      @kosheyproject@kosheyproject3 ай бұрын
    • @@kosheyproject I can totally relate to making things with my own hand - I make my own garment, socks, hats, things I wear. And yes, it makes me appreciate life. However, out in the cold would be something i would actively avoid. That would just really stress me out. i won't survive a day in nature. I am lame that way, unfortunately.

      @postulatedspace@postulatedspace3 ай бұрын
    • In my younger years we just called it camping (not bushcraft). And we did it to get away from the rat race and stress of every day life. It was peaceful, quiet, energizing. There is a something special to sleeping in nature, under the stars, warmed by a fire. ... Hoping Bigfoot doesn't come to wake you and eat.your food, the only "fear."

Always keep by your side in an area you can grab it quickly, meaning by the area you are sleeping hidden , take care, and great content again.
