There is NOTHING Jewish about Israel. The Jewish people has a long history of 2,500 years as a peaceful, loving, and pacifist community in Andalus, Iraq, North Africa , Jews have been at the forefront of Civil Rights and Equal Justice for all.. There is nothing Jewish about stealing land, Apartheid, about a Draconian Occupation since adopting Zionism.We need to say this loud and clear to Jews support Israel, SHAME on YOU! Different types of REAL antisemitism: True antisemitism: hate of all Jewish people, specifically for their faith, culture, and/or ethnicity. Antisemitism by proxy: hate of Israel’s actions, unfairly extrapolated to all Jewish people. *This is an important one because, while the antisemitic sentiment is real, it does not come from an antisemitic place; but rather from a place of outrage against Israel’s actions. If Israel were to stop their human rights violations, this goes away. What antisemitism ISN’T: protests and criticism of Israel for their egregious crimes.

I don't understand. Why would educational establishments invest in (1) foreign countries and (2) non educational related things - freaking prison?? How messed up are these universities? Isn't there some sort of legal code for them invest in? Who sits on these board of directors? Politicians?

The states (nations) all over the world, are not the real holders of power anymore, through acquisitions and mergers, businesses have become multinationals. As a result they have eliminated competition, grown exponentially higher in power and revenue. Multinationals as they are today have grown more and more powerful in proportion to the state (Nation) and worker, thus turning those very same workers into modern day slaves. The average worker today works long hours for a non living wage. Profits of multinationals have not only risen but, have gone to the top of the pyramid, less to the worker, and less to the state in the form of taxes. Furthermore, the lack of competition has stifled innovation and our abilities to solve the many challenges we face. Lobbying has made corruption legal, and politicians more and more accountable to those same multinationals that lobby or pressure them, and less and less accountable to the interests and well-being of the people.

Have you ever seen anyone who is completely reasonable in dealing with major historical issues? Most of the time, fists decide everything. Russia does whatever it wants in Ukraine. Why don't these protesters oppose it? Because they know that opposition is useless. Russia doesn't listen to them at all. Russia believes in fists. So on the Palestinian issue, fists are the only solution. There is no other solution.
