We have the loveliest supporters and followers of our KZhead channel 'It's a Wonderful Life'.
We remain committed to provide our content regularly, and of late, to increase the frequency of our vlogs. We have and continue to receive, many kind requests, to send gifts, or in some way help us financially with our channel.
We have given this a great deal of thought. Whilst 'Patreon' and 'go fund me' are out of the question for us, we feel the 'buy me a coffee platform' (or for us, a cup of tea!) would be a great way to do this, especially in light of its ease of use and non ongoing commitment.
Any contribution towards maintaining and hopefully enhancing our channel is very much appreciated, but never expected.
How thoughtful and kind to provide your hens with such a lovely, extra shelter.
Peter you are a real craftsman, your attention to detail makes everything you create well thought out, hence the final finish is solid and truly fit for purpose. Congratulations to Anna for the idea in making your chickens a comfortable residence X
So glad you are doing videos again! Fascinating what all you can make and the quality of it. Please keep posting!
We will!
Most people just build a house for their animals. No Peter, he constructed a condo. No other animals in France lives so luxuriously.😊🇨🇦🐉👩🏼⚖️

BEST WISHES TO YOU
You are such a good builder, and so thorough. I enjoy your videos very much.
Peter, this is you at your best, you make your woodwork look so effortless with great results. Your garden vignettes really evoking the season.
Peter you are very artistic and a fabulous craftsman. How lovely! Oh, the duck house? THAT is a masterpiece - so beautiful. Thank you both for your videos always thoroughly enjoy them! 😊

You always do the cutest projects! Functional too!
Yes! Thank you!
Your feathered friends have the best looking homes, obviously the cat will enjoy it even if the hens don’t lol
Your excellent craftsmanship and the way you describe what you're doing...superb!
Your chickens must be the luckiest in France. I remember the lovely home you created for them at the chateau. You truly love your birds.
but they return that love with the most amazing eggs!! Its a win win situation
It was lovely to see you back, creating wonder things around your home. Miss Anna is a lucky lady. Xxx
If I were a chicken I would want to stay for a weekend Great job Peter
I'm so happy to see you doing videos again. You have been missed. Love watching whatever you do. Hugs to you both ❤
Very creative Peter! Looks great!
Beautiful Blackpool England 🏴 uk
Awesome outdoor pad for the chickens guys !! Looking forward to your next project 😊
Coming soon!
Hope you are both doing OK after your recent sad loss.. thinking of you. Take care 🙂 ❤❤❤
Great job Peter. You make it look so effortless, I am under the (totally false) impression that I could do something like that too!!! It's the finishing touches and attention to detail which make all the difference. I'm going to show my husband how you countersink the screws - his version is to screw them down harder!! I try to explain, but ....... Keep up the good work. I also think not going down the Patreon route is a good idea in the sense that it always feels a bit like begging to me. I'll be buying you a coffee though to show how much I appreciate your channel!
Thank you Tanya and good luck with the chat with your husband - I'm sure hes knows already!!
So enjoyable to watch your creations. Thx!
What an amazing structure !! You are so creative Peter , a joy to watch you recycle what you have and what it turns in to !!
You are simply so talented! Well done. Beautiful
Thank you so much!
I want to be reincarnated as one of your chickens🐔🐤🐣
Love your attention to detail and creating something aesthetically pleasing.
Superb job Peter (as always). Spoilt chickens 😊
So nice of you
Great house for chickens!
Absolutely gorgeous❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much!!
Great job once again Peter!
Very inspiring! Maybe our girls would like this.
Absolutely amazing. Very happy chickens and cats lol❤
I loved this idea! It is my favorite kind of video.
That looks very nice, but how about a gutter around the front of the roof so the critters don’t get their feet muddy, or even in lieu of the guttering, how about a French drain to catch the drips from the roof and carry the water away. Lol. You did a good job there plus you got rid of a lot of scrap wood. How many of the ends from the fake “just for show” beams actually made it into the garbage bin? I would also like to commend Anna on finding activities for you to do outside in the cold. Obviously to keep you out of her way in the house. Ha, ha.
Great job done 😅 the chicken's will love it xx
You both are so creative. I love the attention to details that take any project you’re doing to the next level. Really loving your vlogs.
Great job👏👏👏
Have missed you guys!!! Just send a vid once in a while showing your adorable animals!!! Take care and stay warm. Most of the US is under frozen weather systems!!! Frost bite time!!!
Will do!!

Another wonderful project. Well done.
Your attention to detail always makes such a difference....and uses up 'bits' n 'bobs' in the most wonderful way. 👏👏💝
Wow beautiful as usual xxx
Totally amazing, all the chickens need now are some outdoor lights around it 💖💖
What a great idea Anna and brilliantly executed 🐔🐓🐔🐓
happy chickies 🐓🐓🐓 looking good , well done 😊
What an eye you have for architectural detail as you create fun, whimsical yet very practical outdoor creations. Could you make kits and sell them - perhaps through a local nursery /greenhouse? This would fit in well with your interests, talents and lifestyle.
Beautiful job as always.
You always have the most wonderful ideas! I'm so glad you both are back! I would love to see more of Anna's recipes and cooking? Much love from Oklahoma USA Jackie 🇺🇸💖
Thank you! Will do!
Think you would make a fortune knocking these out for the little cluckers of France. I think you would get loads of orders for these little chick palaces. Fabulous Peter x love to Anna x

Hello Peter and Anna, I've been watching but on my TV and always have forgotten to comment on my phone. I now was watching on the computer and I want you to know I'm so glad your back doing video's. I always love watching wants going on and seeing the animals. Stay well and see you next time. bye bye from the Indiana
Thanks so much
The house looks grand indeed.
Lovely❤
Was wondering if you took courses in carpentry or if it just was learnt over time. I really like that you both care for animals. It is something that I can relate to. We are having dangerously cold weather here in Canada. Its -35. Luckily it will warm up on Monday. Best.
-35c, How on earth do you survive let alone move around outside to do shopping etc? My god, I’ll never whinge about another bitterly cold winter’s day in Australia again. I thought 10c was freezing cold. 🇦🇺🦘🦘🇦🇺
I’m in southern Missouri and it’s -30c today with windchill and I can never complain because my sister lives in Montana, windchill there today is -49c
yeah 14
❤😊
Have you ever thought of a little wood stove for your work shop?
Yes I have, good idea but often Im in and out, but still a good idea!!
Just watched this vlog and went onto the re modelling of the duck house wow wow wow, where do you get your ideas from. It looks fantastic.
Is this a day bed for your chooks? It’s a gorgeous little sun trap. I hope your chooks don’t suffer from stage fright though while trying to lay eggs. You will end up with a wonderful little township for all the birds on your property. Is a residence for the coypu on the cards at all?
Actually Bimbles the cat has been in the hay a few times! No Coypu here, even though we have the lake full, foxes are the issue now :-(
Would the front batten holding down roof felt hold the water and rot? otherwise nice looking chicken terrace.
quite true, treat it as consumable really, I would do things differently for Anna and me!
What a great idea
