This video will teach how to crack any defense! Feints are the secret sauce that most thaiboxers overlook and essentially aren't taught. With this Muay Thai tutorial we're going to change that! Charles Johnson is going to teach you the fundamentals of the Muay Thai feints with basic Muay Thai drills and Muay Thai techniques that was taught to him by his Muay Thai trainer in Thailand for over 3 years while he lived there with his family, Kru Hinphet Sitjaopho. You're going to learn the Muay Thai hesitation and the Muay Thai "studder" kick, which will allow you to create your own Muay Thai movements and attacks!

  • I like how TJ teaches to fight smart not with just power. I often see how he focuses on the protection and scoring with techniques. Very rare and I don't find from the ordinary trainer.

    • The technique and proper distribution of force through your body is what generates power. So, really, what he's teaching here will help achieve your power potential.

  • Very underrated and under-taught technique that’s often only learned observationally. Discovering switch-hitters and others who fight in a polyrhythmic way really helped me find my style. This is the first time I’ve seen someone actually teach it. Thank you! 🙏

  • That's some good stuff right there adding the footwork and feints really helped back then people used to avoid that saying your gonna get kicked or caught moving like that but this is a perfect example of why it's way better to float and slide then stand firm and on the center line
