Some stay the same ..others like to explore. And tbh...some ppl may not mind the same genre...but others may get bored cus it's the same thing over and over.

    • You are 100% right about other performers but Taylor Swift was never meant to fit that mold. From the start, part of her appeal was the fact that her songs had a pop feel to them, even when they were country. The first song of her I ever heard was "teardrops" and I had no clue THAT was country music. (I'm Colombian, we only get Pop over here, until Taylor) It was pretty clear that this girl was going to jump to different styles and I quite like it, she does what she feels even if it's not what she usually does.

  • Are you implying she performed All too Well after 1989 came out? Because this performance was months before 1989's release date. This was when RED was nominated for Album of the Year. EDIT: #4 No, wrong again! RED was released in October of 2012, past the September date for the following year Grammy noms. Come on guys! Simple Googling here.

  • I fell inlove with Taylor since I was 9. (I'm 20 now) I know Taylor isn't that best when it comes to voices. We can't compare her to other singers because she's really different. No one's like her. The way she sing and perform... When she's on the stage I always get goosebumps. She's absolutely amazing when she performs. It's like, she gives all of her on the stage. There is something on Taylor that I can't explain. I don't know how to put it in words. You feel me?

  • "Innocent" at the VMAs gave me the chills. The performance was dramatically authentic. Forget about the Kanye business. This was a performance that could pull the heart string of anyone. A woman (make up, dress read older) consoling a spouse after a big failure or misstep is what came across. Pure Country! I'm not usually a country fan, but I loved this performance.
