Ness WAS the leader. He took it to the head at times but Ness was definitely the most driven. The only other leader would've been Babs but nobody else, including Fredrick, had the qualities that Ness and Babs had. Fredrick sucks his thumbs and too emotional and hot headed, Dylan was too much about himself, Chopper was too immature and Sara cried like ALL THE TIME.
