When you do what he does have the talent that he does and look like he does, it would be extraordinarily rare that you are going to find someone like him to be a 60s sitcom Dad. Most people in his position and life didn't get there by being the ideal person in 'real life'. It is just a fact and not a fun one, but that is reality. Also, in any relationship where 2 people meet where both of their lives are relatively modest and one has a career that dramatically changes his/her professional life and starts making millions, those relationships very rarely last also for all kinds of obvious reasons. That is also a fact.
