  • I had no idea shaking was kind of a good thing when planking..I thought it simply meant I was THAT weak/out of shape. 😅 Thanks!

  • The regular plank is hard enough for me right now, but I won’t try holding it for a minute anymore. 30 seconds with proper form does get the shaking going.

  • This video was so helpful I only wish I had found it sooner! You're completely right about focusing on planking longer. I've been trying to extend my planking time but I could barely get past 30 seconds. I just tried it again, following these tips and I got to 50 seconds! My max time had been 1m 30s but doing it this way felt so much better than watching the time until it hit a certain number and then trying to push past that lol. This is great improvement! Thank you so much for this video! =D

  • Beautifully clear detailed explanation. You are the first person I have heard say to drive back through your heels. I have been wondering what is the proper position for your feet. Now I know. And it was great to hear hold harder not longer. Of course we have a tendency to think longer is better because we can see it. And I was concerned when I was shaking too, if that was a bad thing. Now I know it's a good thing.
