Suppose, if the world starts following islam right now, in 2020… all 7+ billion people has only one religion i.e., islam. Then these will happen: 2020-2050: the world will be in peace. No more violence for some amount of time. And the number of islamic preachers will increase with more followings. All the churches and temples will be destroyed. Population will starts to increase exponentially. Education will gradually decrease. All the pigs and boars will be slaughtered. 2050-2070: the women discrimination will start. Religion will be considered above education. Burqa system will increase and lgbtq community will be killed. Multiple marriages will start. The development of SAUDI ARABIA will stop as many workers of these countries are either Christian, Buddhist or hindus. NASA and other space organisation will be closed by the Islamic government. 2070-2100: the history of previous religion will be completely erased. Scientists will either be killed or imprisoned for working against laws of islam. The world starts going backward. Population will increase and literacy rate will be ~10% in the world. Geocentric theory will be considered true instead of heliocentric theory. 2100-2150: 0% scientific education, 100% religious education. Population will be above 12 billion and female infanticide, female abuse and also child rapes will increase exponentially. Crime in the name of islam will be about 65%. 2150-2300 : the world will be in dark age for a long time. No more heliocentric theory, crime will increase, no more space exploration, overpopulated earth, no more farming, brutal animal killing in the name of god, education will be 0% and eventually the extinction of islam.

As a non Muslim having been in a mosque in Singapore, its nice to see people dispel the fear that people have. personally, im not religious, but if religion can makes you a happy person or a better human I will always support that if that works for them 😊. What the world needs is more interactions and less fear ☮️

Examples: Like houses, cars or planes, roads, only human creations. Humans, plants and animals would never have existed if no one had created them. 🙏🙏🙏

Disclaimer...we as a muslim didn't worship the word that puted on the wall of the mosque, and our god is unseen and there is nothing like him, and the only one god is allah for muslim beliefs, and the word the Already puted on the wall is just decorations of the mosque, just FYI thank uu 🙏🙏🙏

We have been in a few Muslim countries now and the friendliness and openness has been amazing - I’m not religious but from a cultural point of view it was cool to learn about it and show it to you! ☺️ The coffee WAS the hardest part, especially when we bought that takeaway 2 hours before Iffar and couldn’t have it until sundown, it was staring me down 😂😂

Bu Ligwina bisa jadi salah satu teladan membesarkan anak. Anaknya lancar bahasa Inggris, juga lancar bahasa Indonesia, bahkan mungkin tahu bahasa daerah. Sama kaya anak yg di pengajian juga bagus baca arabnya. Anak-anak Indonesia lainnya juga harus terbiasa dengan bahasa asing, mau itu Inggris, Arab, China atau lainnya. Gak harus lancar, minimal basic conversation. Bisa bahasa daerah, lancar bahasa Indonesia, dan tahu bahasa asing. Biar generasi Indonesia selanjutnya lebih baik, lebih cerdas, lebih berkualitas, lebih banyak tahu dan bisa bawa Indonesia lebih maju lagi. Balik ke konten ini, semoga lebih banyak yg tahu kalau Islam adalah rahmat bagi semesta alam yang toleran dan moderat.

Little correction, there are 114 Chapters in Qur'an. And there are around 30 Juz in Qur'an. A juz is a collection of many Chapters. It's like dividing Qur'an in 30 parts.

A concise exposition of beauty of islam and peaceful verses of Quran 2:98- Allah is enemy of non muslims 3:85- no other religion accepted other than islam 8:12-Allah will instill fear in the hearts on those who disbelieve islam and muslims, by smiting (cutting) off their necks 3:118- make only Müslïms your intimate friends 3:28 ,9:23- Do not make non- Müslïms your friends 8:39- Fight non Müslïms until faith of Ãllåh is fully established 22:30- Idols are filth 9:5 -Ambush and k-ill the idolaters wherever and whenever you can them 33:61- wherever the disbelievers and idolaters are caught they should be k- illed 3:62, 2:255, 27:61 and 35:3-there is no other god than allah 21:98- those who worship any other god are the fuel of hell 9:28- idolaters are impure ( unholy) 4:101- kaffirs are your open enemy 9:123- oppress the infidels 9:29- oppressing the infidels and taking jiziya from them 66:9- Do Jihad (war) with infidels and beneficiaries 4:56- will cook the skins of disbelievers 8:69- All spoils of war ( including women) are halal. 9:14- Allah will punish the disbelievers at the hands of believers 8:57- be cruel to the prisoners of war 32:22- take revenge on those who leave ïslãm 35:41- earth doesn't rotate, it is stationary 71:19- earth is a flat carpet 15:19- the earth is spread like flat carpet and mountains set on it to hold it firm 2:191-sl@y the disbelievers 3:28- muslims shouldn't take infidels as friends 3:85- any religion other than islam is unacceptable 5:33- maim and crucify the infidels if they criticise islam 8:12 têr rørise and be_head those who believe in scriptures other than islam 8:60-Muslims must muster all weapons to têr rōrïse all infidels 8:65-all unbelievers are stupid: urge the muslims to fight them 9:5- when opportunity arises, k_ill the infidels wherever you find them 9:123- make wars on the infidels living in your neighborhood 22:29- punish the unbelievers with garments of fire, hit iron rods, boiling water, melt the skin of their bellies 47:4- do not hanker for peace with the infidels, behead them when you catch them 7:189- humans were created from a single human being

As far as I know, sleeping during the month of fasting also gives you a _pahala_ (reward), but you are not advised to oversleep like sleeping all day or something like that. Here is a quote from a blog about the goodness of sleeping in the month of Ramadan, "Understanding that fasting people's sleep is a reward for nothing other than good intentions. For example, to strengthen the body's condition for carrying out prayers, fasting, I'tikaf(which mean on the last 10 day of Ramadhan you go to mosque at 1am until 5am to read qur'an) and other acts of worship. So, *sleeping in the month of fasting is permissible as long as you don't overdo it or even leave out worship and other good activities."* so you can save your energy and got a reward also! 😂❤

Josie! Thanks so much for your effort to try! You've been doing what Anthropologist has done... Engaging with the locals to know how it feels like. I was surprised to know that your host is Ligwina. Been listening to her podcast on Spotify. Turns out she's your friend. Smart and educated woman she is. Although Ramadhan is a Moslem month, so it is religion based. The communal practice of it is very cultural.
As a muslim, personally I prefer eating heavy food during sahoor. The reason (logic) is to take it as fuel of energy for the day until iftar. In order to make sure to have appetite for sahoor, it is better not to eat heavy food before sleep at night.

Indonesia has a total population of 273 million of which 241 million are Muslims; whereas the South Asian country of Pakistan has a total population of 241 million of which 237 million are Muslims , it's expected that by 2030 AD Pakistan will have a larger Muslim population. It's possible that the total number of Muslims in India will also overtake Indonesia by then.
