The ugu to water leaves ratio to use for Edikang Ikong Soup is either 2 to 1 or 3 to 1.
- Ugu
- Water leaves
- ¼ cup red palm oil
- Beef
- Stock fish
- Ponmo (cow skin)
- 1 handful crayfish
- 2 big seasoning cubes

  • My wife is too tired to cook dont want the vegetables to change taste. i search for vegetabIe soup and you appeared. I made a mistake didn't put enough Palm oil or the ugu was too much. I just added more oil left for 10min on low heat it still test nice. Thanks for this video
