I have listen to 432hz mostly and studied to raise vibration for about 3 years now, At first I felt an overwhelming calm i cant explain still and now I have been experiencing complete strangers in random public settings come up to me and hug me, I dont ask for them to they just do. Some people saw me and they ask if they can hug me. At first it was a bit strange but now i find it interesting. One person even commented that I felt different to them and it was good. maybe it is what it feels to be blessed. I pray and let God know I am grateful for this path.

Listening to the Aura Cleanse took me to a very deep place.. I met my younger self while my eyes where closed.. I saw her, I told her to come here and sat with her. I found out that my healing began with this Energy vibration. She was still small and helpless and I couldn't leave her..I left the other parts of me that had followed me along the way. I left the 11 year old, I left the the elementary child and told her that I may not be back, I talk to the high school kid that felt out of place and couldn't comprehend much. I told her that there is hope and I may not talk to her again.. But, I couldn't leave the 5 year old behind, I can't turn my back on her..She was alone. She is where it all began in the first place, I think.I couldn't abandon her.She was abandon and that is how she was taken advantage of. I told her to follow me and I held her hand and cried with her and she sat besides me frail and in a skirt afraid and mostly lonely. All of these years, this vibration made me close my eyes and almost falling asleep upright in my chair I went into a very very deep place to cleanse my childhood. To gather strength and healing, my breathing changed and I sat in the dark.. listening to the vibration from the music give me a freedom and a reason for so many feelings. I searched my body and mind for serenity. For a new beginning , a new me, more to overcome these obstacles so I may be a great buddha.
