  • Hey Ryley the symptoms w the numbness you're describing ( 14:30 ) pretty definitely comes from your ulnar nerve. A likely cause could be that it's getting compressed in the guyon's canal (located in the forearm/ wrist). This in turn would likely be caused by strenous exercise w the hands/ wrists. Aka: take a break from your phone more often and do some streches to stay healthy :) Also try to hold your phone in a neutral, natural grip and not w overextended wrists
