What a gorgeous setting. Those deer are incredibly tame. Thanks for helping the storks.

Is it helping the storks to retain weak genes? Brood reduction happens for a reason. Imposing human values upon storks is nit helping the storks.

Dad still killed the runt! Human's don't always help. They will do what they will! Sad but true

They usually cull the weakest one when they can't bring enough food for everyone. These guys are lucky because they get fed by humans, otherwise the family wouldn't be viable in the wild.

Human not worried about brood reduction since Foster Storklet is so much smaller than its nest mates?
@janajamer73410 ай бұрын
They kept sending the little one to the nursery in order to give it extra food. That's why it was outside the nest in the first place. You can see all of them together on this stream: kzhead.info/sun/g9qidLNrkYitqn0/bejne.html

The foruth storklet was weaker and smaller than the rest, so the good folks over at Makov kept sending it to the nursery to give it extra food :)

@@beefchampion2792 The video showing all in harmony, is not showing! did the little one get its marching orders ?

@beefchampion2792 in another video, there was a stork family where the mother passed away. The people decided to help the father stork feed the babies. They made sure to feed the smallest, weakest one too. In the end the dad still threw out the baby for being the smallest. Not a happy ending no matter how hard they helped the youngest to eat more and get stronger.😢
