I love this movie. Adam surprisingly did well in his short scenes. Also, respect for Adam for sticking to his band. Anyone would probably went solo by now leaving the other bandmates which Ive always found...well, not good. You start in the spotlight together and once you get money, you leave your bandmates possibly jobless after. Thus, I cant help but respect Adam in that sense. Yes, he has solo projects but mostly features and this song is from a movie where Maroon 5 doesnt exist. Still, the song is posted in YT under M5.

The first time I watched this movie I didn't pay much attention to the story but after watching it again, hearing him say "please don't see just a boy caught up in dreams and fantasies" is heartbreaking he's trying to redeem himself from the shallow person his ex sees him as, he knows he lost her forever but he also knows he has to change, that's how the relationships in real-life work, there are no good guys and bad guys in relationship, just two people parting ways and leveling up thanks to it

The last movie I saw in the cinema with my father since he died of a sudden heart attack a few months later. I saw her with the one who is my wife and mother of my children and with one of my father's best friends🥰💘. Additionally, the composer of a large majority of the songs is Gregg Alexander, whom I admired since I was a teenager with New Radicals and I have his album on CD and I bought it on vinyl a few years ago. I left the cinema excited, I bought the CD on Amazon as soon as I left the cinema and I have to admit that I was a little in love with Keira... Happy new year music lovers

This song is from the movie 'Begin again' where they criticize THIS version. Because Adam Levine CHANGES the last part of the song because he thinks people will like it more that way. Only music should be written because YOU like the music you write and therefore it is supposed to be a ballad (and thus not sung in an upbeat tempo).. This is so ironic becaus apperantly many people in this comment section like this version very much... (because you can dance to it and it's a happy song or whatever). But actually to transfer the true meaning of the song itself, the last part of the song should be sung in the way Keira Knightly did in the movie Begin again.

actually, yes Gretta created it as a sad version. But the reason John Carney mix them both together is because he uses the music to tell the story, that's an important point. Music is a crucial element to tell a story. This version started from a sad part which represents the early plot of the movie then changes to Adam's more happier version which tells that Gretta and Dan had got back on their track in their life, as you can see her smiling when cycling away from the theater, which sync with the title BEGIN AGAIN. This song is composed for this.

This song is the reason why I love Begin Again so much. I'd always liked Maroon 5, but only after crying so much when hearing this have I fell in love with Adam. Everytime I need to calm myself down or get rid of negative thoughts or just simply feel lonely, I always come back for this song. And this is the only song which I've never ever deleted. I don't even know why, but gosh I love this song so much that I can't describe how much thankful I am for the songwritter and Adam.

Most of the big pop band people do not write their own music they get it written by people behind the scenes and get the credit and writers get a pay out and maybe part of royalties. Gregg Alexander wrote this. He recorded it and hasn't really released anything official under his name or the New Radicals since he stepped away from the main light after that bands one album in the 90s. And if you listen to that album as often as I do and then this song there's no doubt this is a Gregg song through and through

The first time I watched this movie I didn't pay much attention to the story but after watching it again, hearing him say "please don't see just a boy caught up in dreams and fantasies" is heartbreaking he's trying to redeem himself from the shallow person his ex sees him as, he knows he lost her forever but he also knows he has to change, that's how the relationships in real-life work, there are no good guys and bad guys in relationship, just two people parting ways and leveling up thanks to it

The last movie I saw in the cinema with my father since he died of a sudden heart attack a few months later. I saw her with the one who is my wife and mother of my children and with one of my father's best friends🥰💘. Additionally, the composer of a large majority of the songs is Gregg Alexander, whom I admired since I was a teenager with New Radicals and I have his album on CD and I bought it on vinyl a few years ago. I left the cinema excited, I bought the CD on Amazon as soon as I left the cinema and I have to admit that I was a little in love with Keira... Happy new year music lovers

This song is from the movie 'Begin again' where they criticize THIS version. Because Adam Levine CHANGES the last part of the song because he thinks people will like it more that way. Only music should be written because YOU like the music you write and therefore it is supposed to be a ballad (and thus not sung in an upbeat tempo).. This is so ironic becaus apperantly many people in this comment section like this version very much... (because you can dance to it and it's a happy song or whatever). But actually to transfer the true meaning of the song itself, the last part of the song should be sung in the way Keira Knightly did in the movie Begin again.

This version started from a sad part which represents the early plot of the movie then changes to Adam's more happier version which tells that Gretta and Dan had got back on their track in their life, as you can see her smiling when cycling away from the theater, which sync with the title BEGIN AGAIN. This song is the reason why I love Begin Again so much. I'd always liked Maroon 5, but only after crying so much when hearing this have I fell in love with Adam. Everytime I need to calm myself down or get rid of negative thoughts or just simply feel lonely, I always come back for this song. And this is the only song which I've never ever deleted. I don't even know why, but gosh I love this song so much that I can't describe how much thankful I am for the songwritter and Adam.

Most of the big pop band people do not write their own music they get it written by people behind the scenes and get the credit and writers get a pay out and maybe part of royalties. Gregg Alexander wrote this. He recorded it and hasn't really released anything official under his name or the New Radicals since he stepped away from the main light after that bands one album in the 90s. And if you listen to that album as often as I do and then this song there's no doubt this is a Gregg song through and through
