  • Sorry for the delay on this one. KZhead demonetized my channel and I spent pretty much all of last week getting it back (bevause they refused to go through my videos manually; they just made AI do it). BUT now we're finally back and monetized so I can take time to make these videos while still doing my coaching❤️ thank you for supporting me, always

    • @@littlelebowski7714 I think his compact build and center of gravity actually helped him in some strength feats, like how many Olympic lifters winning in lower weight classes are Chinese ( many of em are short, and sometimes a more compact build is good for the lift ) Smaller size can be a good thing! ( pause? ) like how Mike Tyson would slip and duck giants in the heavy weight division just to knock em out despite the height difference

  • People from Sardinia are built different. My ex girlfriend was from Sardinia and his grandfather at the age of 70 something would grab giant logs, put it on his shoulders and carry them around like nothing. There was also this sardinian guy in a gym where I used to train that would rep 2 pl8s for 20+ like nothing. He was around 160cm built like a literal bull. He could also outjump literally everyone else there, even with his short size
