I suffer from depression and mental health problems too-many of us look for coping mechanisms; drugs, alcohol, self harm, eating food, not eating food, shutting yourself away from everyone, just to get through the day. Its tough. Just waking up everday so unhappy. Its tough. We all have stories, that makes us who we are... it will either make or break you. You don't know who i am... its better that way.   • It's 2020. I listen to Avicii since 2011. His songs helped me through hard times in my life. First it was school, where I had no friends. Then, it was when I decided to start searching for my father. In 2018, I find out that my idol has passed away. Now, a serious diseas has spread all around the world(Coronavirus) and kills a lot of people every day. Also my country is ready to have a war. I Am Scared. Sure I'm not the only one. But right on this moment I sing to myself his songs and pray. Pray that I will live to see this world getting better. My dream was to go to one of Tim's live performances. It died two years ago. But his music is still alive and gives courage to me and many other people with all kinds of problems. I hope that now you found peace Tim...

  • What we should know: - His real name is Tim Bergling. - At the age of 16 he began posting remixes on electronic music forums, which led to his first record deal. - He worked hard for his dream, permanently released new songs (not only as Avicii, also Tim Berg f.e.) and produced songs for stars like Coldplay ("Sky Full Of Stars"), David Guetta, Madonna, Santana, Wyclef Jean, Leona Lewis etc. - He also produced Flo Rida's "Good Feeling". For this song he used a sample of Etta James' "Something's Got A Hold On Me", which he also used later for "Levels". Etta died only a few months after the song came out at the age of 73. - Avicii probably was too kind for this industry. He couldn't say no to any offer, although he got mental ill. He spent most of his income (couple of millions) to charity projects. - Tim died on a vacation in Oman at the age of 28. - On 26 March 2019, Bergling's family launched a mental illness and suicide prevention foundation called "Tim Bergling Foundation".

    • You're wrong in some points. AVICII didn't produce Flo Rida's "Good Feeling", instead AVICII almost sued Flo Rida for copying his melody and his modified sample of Etta James from his song "Levels". In the end, they reached an agreement and Flo Rida had to add AVICII to the credits. Levels (2011), Good Feeling (2012). So he didn't make Levels after Good Feeling. Almost the same happened with Leona Lewis. She took AVICII's song "Fade into darkness" and just replaced the existing vocals with her vocals and named the song "Collide". So she had to add AVICII to the credits as well.
