I agree they should make the crew 2 local (offline) with bot cars like FH, let us download our user files and game data so we could continue to play and don’t have to connect to servers, of which they will ultimately shut down.

You totally missed the 3 new Porsche cars they added not that long ago: Porsche 959, Porsche 359 and the Porsche 911 Carrera RS 2.7 (and YES, the have some really nice customization).

I bought The Crew 2 when it was on sale at Steam. I spent countless hours on the game and it also helped me get through the pandemic. It was always fun to play and I will cherish the memories of The Crew 2.
I hope the community comes together so they don't have the same end as The Crew 1, shutting down the servers, I think that's something very stupid on their part.

This update made the game unplayable for many players. Exiting the Mailbox: Guaranteed Crash Finishing a Summit Race: Guaranteed Crash Finishing a Summit Skill: Possible Crash Accepting a Race invite: Possible Crash And mainly the mailbox is a big problem, because you can't empty it, so you can't claim the summit rewards, so you can't play the next summit. It is now literally impossible to do the summit, and now, weeks after this update, still nothing from Ivory Tower.
After shutting down the The Crew 1 servers and not adding a offline mode, The Crew 2 and Motorfest are already dead for me. Motorfest also was my last Ubisoft game. I play those 2 games again if they bring a offline patch.

Because of the shutdown I pretty much lost motivation to keep playing crew 2 and motorfest what's the point if all my cars are going to be permanently gone I'm currently going to spend this whole week playing the Crew 1 as a final hurrah

I've played The Crew 2 on and off over the years, but it never really did it for me. The size of the map was cool but it always felt like more of a gimmick. I perosnally like Motorfest a lot more and the fact it has a much smaller, but more focused map, I think is a plus.

Hey blackpanthaa cool video. Yeah it's unfortunate news now it seems that the crew 1 will be shutting down. Like what other people are saying the devs probably should give us an offline patch in the form of an update maybe to play the game with out the servers. The only things that I think would be missing in like in the crew 2 and motorfest for example are the cop chases and faction missions. Maybe ivory tower should in a future update for motorfest should have similar side activities like the faction mission to have you play to get more cash and character/skill points etc to grind on. In terms of cop chases I get maybe the crew isn't that kind of game. Its I guess the style they don't want to go for. Maybe they have some side activities or things to do that fill in that gap so to speak like for example the activities that you just did. It's also a bit sad that that's final update for the crew 2 but probably the devs are more focused with the crew motorfest which is understandable. The can focus more time on that updating and improving the new/current game(motorfest). Like you mentioned blackpanthaa it's good that there will be still some content cycling through with the summit with things around that. I personally like the crew 2 I think it's an interesting format coming from the crew 1 it is a change. I think the structure of going to different hqs and having the choice of what path you want to go in the career mode is neat it doesn't force you to do for example making you do the planes discipline to do the street racing or making you do the boat events to go to the rally raid and rally cross events. Even if I'm not a fan of racing boats which I personally don't mind doing or if I don't like the plane stunts and tricks events which is my least favourite of the other kinds of events in the game that you don't have to do them but they are still there in case you change your mind and want to check it out maybe. I know the crew motorfest is trying to do a different thing with the career which is neat I guess by having playlists and incorporating different kinds of events in them. I guess i just like having the choice of doing events that I might like more and having those other events there if I want to play them but not being restricted or forced in to doing them to progress in the game. I do think its cool though having different types of events within a playlist I guess it's a way of having you have a taste of the different types of events within the game. Maybe eventually the devs can I don't mean to be overly critical can port or transfer or have similar side activities that the crew 2 has so they can build onto the new game possibly. Like i said above it's good that for now that the crew 2 is still alive and running and hopefully it will remain like that for a while. Hopefully the crew motorfest will have a rich and healthy life to come and have improvements and updates. Take care blackpanthaa. These are my thoughts on the crew games and the crew 2. It's March and been an final update for The Crew 2, so if they have finished recreational racing games including: PGR, Juiced, R-Tuned: Ultimate Street Racing, Moto Racer and so much more! I hope it was an season finale!

I really wish they did a graphics update before they stopped content but it was a good run regardless. Had a lot of fun and a lot of criticism on the game but it was overall a great experience. I hope to see a crew 3 in the future.
Dumb that they did a part 2 to the mad update. Those skills are awful to do and easily make its one of the worst updates for the game

Even though the crew two sucked that what I was meant to be, I still think it's innovation is what made it better as a whole. All of the updates may have been the worst at the start, but when you add unique additions of playlists specifically tailored towards something like mad and the other updates we've been getting. We're pretty insane but now to see that end. It's pretty sad but I do see why as they want to focus their full power now on the crew motor fest and I hope that one doesn't flunk because well it has a smaller map

If the crew games weren't always online for single player id play them but since they are no that is unacceptable no game with single player should have that and basically theres an expiration date on these games which sucks because of server maintenance costs they should've just made the games Free to play
