As a Christian who has dealt with spiritual warfare all my life, 100% weed was making me more susceptible to the devils attacks. I’m still facing the repercussions of my usage now that I’m sober, my mind feels changed (honestly significantly more dumb for lack of a better word) and more numb to emotions. Weed took who God created me to be and altered the way I think, act, and speak. Weed was used as a coping mechanism and now I’m sober and the memories I was trying to run away from still exist, so exactly as you said Eric, the side effects are not worth it for a temporary solution to what you’re trying to run from.

What is weed? How is it different from medicinal marijuana? It's not, his argument for that is invalid. "Smoke the herb and it reveals you to yourself" you say you were revealed devil attacks? Don't do those please ;) love you In Christ as one. Namaste 🕉

Thank you for not straying away from difficult topics! 👏 Weed prevented me from having the full peace and joy God wanted to give me. The peace I get from God is deep and long-lasting while the "peace" I got from weed was always short-lived and never satisfied me.

Proud that my pastor takes on these topics and provides sheparding and leadership! It is a "deadening " of the mind after one hit (for those that would compare it to a glass of wine)- for a reason. The great news is Jesus loves and invites as a we are, but He will not LEAVE us as we are.... you can be free of this as the Spirit works from the inside out.

You came into this with a biased opinion. Did not even use scripture to back the potential counter-argument. Genesis 1:12 - And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good. Genesis 1:29 - And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. Genesis 9:3 - Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things. And we all know Jesus drank wine, which I would hope we can all agree Marijuana is a better option than. I believe it should be treated as below, do none of it in excess. Ephesians 5:18 - And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;

Your sadly quoting a "mandela" verse or what i call the new sinfull bible. Look up mandela KJV ... the list of warped verses .. outright blasphmeous words... deleted verses... moved verses ... swapped words and entire sections of verses... names of the books ... removing S after revelation.s and psalm.s etc... the serpent nolonger CRAFTY but instead subtil !!!!!!! ... the 10 commandments are now written on 2 TABLES and not 2 TABLETS... the LION laying down with the lamb is now a wolf with the lamb... the list of utter nonsencical and disturbingly vile words found in all our bibles now is beyond any meassure of doubt and it is done by the devil allowed by God and ment to TEST his flock. Yes as a lifetime Christian me and my friends have always smoked and it never has been a problem serving the lord. Cannabis as is the real name not weed that sounds racist. lol! The only thing that helped my friends seizures was cannabis. Your type busted him for growing his own medicine. He was one of the best Christian men I've known. He volunteered in the community and was loved by many. Most never knew he did cannabis because if he let them know they would judge him a sinner. Another friend of mine had Parkinson's disease. The only thing that helped him was cannabis. Please stop this negative leaning we have had millions locked in cages over your kind of Holier than thou type negativity. I remember when I was young most of the church members smoked cigarettes but nobody wanted them to go to jail. Today most are obese addicted to sugar that destroy the body and the mind but nobody wants them jailed. In the latest studies cannabis was considered to be nothing compared to alcohol but people always think they are the same kind of thing. Not at all. However anything can be abused doesn't make it bad.

If you understand anything about neuroscience and cannabinoid interceptors. And the definition of physical addiction, then you know. Set by definition, weed is not physically addictive. That's the argument. It's not even an argument. It's a fact

@@ras_krystafari3333 it’s not physically addicting, but it becomes a lifestyle that is addicting and especially for the younger generation I’ve seen numerous people that had their shit together they started smoking weed at a young age and they turned into complete losers because it killed their motivation completely not to mention I smoked for years from the time I was 16 till I was in the mid 30s every day, I never noticed how wore out I was until I quit, and I noticed my energy level went through the roof. When you smoke every day you are constantly tired once you stop, you have almost unlimited energy levels.
