I think that if Neo and Preston were to fight, even in the matrix, Preston would win, because he senses no fear, and because of that he could use sort of the same skills as Neo. Remember that the only thing that ever breaks the laws of matrix is a properly trained mind, and Preston isn't only a complete master of the sword and gun, his mind is trained to be focused at all times...

I call it, the sibling of the ROBOCOP gun, which also was a heavily modified Berretta 93R fully automatic. Either way, burst fire is the way to go!

Tuned up Berattas with extended barrel, compensator, firemode switch from M4 (full-semi) and ejection port that is modified to eject cases straight up (the last one is main reason why they picked up beretta instead of other handguns)

On another note, that is the future, we definetly invented thinner bullets that fire faster and flatten when they hit the target. Were working on that technology now so by then its plausible. if they used the matrix theme of dodging bullets then that would be even better. Or maybe hes just so badass that bullets dont work?
