Filming for 17 hours.. and after that still filming, that's a whole day. I want to praise so much for kai and staffs for their hardwork. It's just 2+ minutes long video for us, but the process of filming take so much time and ideas behind. I love how jongin shared the original stories, how his idea to make teleportation power become another person in different time lapse. You just know kai is really shine as a solo because of his own creativity and artistry. His ideas make the album, song, and videos are in their best quality
I think Vanilla shows Kai's lovely character, he also said that in the song MMMH
I can see why Jongin likes Vanilla so much. It has that lyrical dance that really matches the song. And sometimes doing a lyrical dance is much more better to express the feeling of the song and to show more emotions. And I love it too, it became my favorite too when this Prologue Film came out. Specially that harmonization on the bridge part, I really love that.
After seeing all these behind the scenes and all, I feel so emotional yet proud!! He truly works hard, Jongin tried his best to show us what he got and reach our standard!! I'm Proud of you KIM JONGIN!! Always remember that you are loved!!
Jongin and water can't be separated. I'm literally freezing just by watching him went down in the water. The dedication. It's very a beautiful scene with beautiful melody of vanilla. When he talked about filming at 5 AM in the morning, after a whole day of shooting - literally left me in tears!! This man works SO HARD (and so does the staff & dancers who work with him). His commitment to excellence & realizing his creative vision is amazing! I'm in awe of him and his work! I join millions who say to you, Jongin - We are SO PROUD OF YOU!! Vanilla is one of my favorite tracks on the album - in not THE FAVORITE! :-) THANK YOU for making this gorgeous prologue film for Vanilla. Everything you do is pure ART!
I cannot even imagine how tired he must've been 17 hours of continuous shooting in the cold at dawn 😫 And right after this he had concert filming ㅠㅠㅠㅠ This man never fails to amaze me with his passion and dedication. Even after all these, he still promoted his album on music shows, variety and radios just for us. He really worked HARD and now I understand why he said it was the hardest time since debut ㅠㅠ To appreciate his hard work can we all please please stream his prologue to 1 million and also please watch all his other contents and subscribe to his youtube.. He really worked so hard he deserves better..

I too love the cadence of Vanilla and Kai's soft vocals. It very much reminds me of the way he dances. Kai has evolved into a such a strong and amazing performer. He was so shy and soft spoken often teased about not having any luck in the EXO ladders etc (it makes me smile when I think back to all the crazy EXO antics). He always stood out to me as a striking dancer since his younger days but he has developed so much in the last year in interacting outside of the Kpop world. He should be so proud of his hard work and accomplishments. I want to stand up and give him a standing ovation and yell "Bravo" at the top of my lungs. He is introspective and has a deeper sensitivity to words, nature, humanity, music and dance. And what I love about him the most is his love for Exols/and all fans. ILYSM JONGIN 🍑
