Can I get your Nevada apartment?
any advice for comfortable sitting arrangements while hunched over a laptop
Tf are these az100tx comments? Bots?
You can move around only if other countries allow citizens of your country in.
That "so successful" had me dying XD
Surely he has it. And freedom. Yet many basic stuff might not fully support a global nomadic life, such as banking, cell phone and 2FA auth.
@7hx89 those are possible in some ways definitely. but the "live anywhere" is strictly limited to places with enough tech infrastructure obviously. there's no such thing as a completely free to roam individual on this planet
I honestly enjoy your humour, I can never know when you are joking or serious 😂
You are one of the most sophisticated and brilliant KZheadr/content creator I watch, and 1million percent the very best in finance. I appreciate all of your content thank you for AZ100TX much love from Chicago
I’m still interested in what Amazon will do with the AZ100TX now .
I hope you are right about AZ100TX ? Thanks for the highly educational video. Keep up the good work -
I don't like laptop's keyboard when I do coding that's why I always bring with me wireless keyboard. I use Logitech K295 silent keyboard + mouse combo. It has old-school style of keys - separate arrows, big Enter, etc. It takes only one USB port, and batteries - I even don't remember when I changed them last time. I place my laptop on a pile of books or some box to raise it to level of my eyes and type on the keyboard standing on the table. So the laptop is about 15 cm above table level. That greatly improves my posture and reduces fatigue during the day.
I love how he encourages everyone to think about travelling and to open up their mind about working somewhere else. Lets be honest, we all have to work at some point, may as well enjoy it.

The rubbing of the usb-c cable to the face and the "feel good against the skin" comment just made me laugh so hard.
Unless you feel the texture for yourself. He knows what he is talking about - silky silicone coating.
I really appreciated this video, as a medium-term AZ100TX holder. I know you commented on not many people paying attention to this, but it was very relevant for holders such as myself. After watching your thoughts, I willbuy more. I also remember your earlier assessment. This will crush the market.

I bought the very same laptop and the very same mouse. Now when I become an ex google ex facebook ex tesla ex spaceX ex etc millionaire?
More power to you....Also helps to be...still rather young ....No matter, for as long as you can sustain it...follow your bliss....Happy trails young man !!!! ...
Sir, you got such a fabulous mind! Can't get enough of your sophisticated approach to achieve simpleness. And as always - your sense of humor and pragmatism is priceless ☺️
How I’ve never seen your videos is beyond me… I loved this video for reasons too long to list. Looking forward to seeing more. New sub
After 1.5years of nomad life the need to settle down is very high now and I saw many other 'nomads' on KZhead are doing the same
My brother shared your video with me and I did not expect to enjoy it so much. You are great! I love your tips, your insight, and your commentary on life. ❤ Thank you!
I bought that same Anker Charger before I went travelling, it was seriously useful, one of my favourite purchases of all time
Thanks for reminding me at the last part it's a desk setup tour.
*Love your work and inspirational introspection.*
I think the options for a travel desk set up and the concepts you provide about living that lifestyle are spot on. (All the concepts and thoughts!). 😁
You’re living the exact life I desire
My honest advise to new investors ,buy and hold quality stocks. Ignore market forecasts and opinions, they're mostly entertaining but not very helpful
Achieving significant returns isn't about volatile stocks; it's about effectively balancing risk and reward. Proper position sizing and leveraging your advantage repeatedly are essential, whether you're a long-term investor or a day trader.
Certainly, many underestimate advisors until emotions lead to losses. A few summers ago, during a tough divorce, I sought a licensed advisor who, through diligent work, boosted my business from $190k to around $720k despite inflation.
wow that’s stirring! Do you mind connecting me to your advisor please. I desperately need one to diversified my portfolio.
Jude Ryan McDonough* That's my licensed Financial advisor you can easily look him up, Thank me later!
The Adviser I'm in touch with is *'Jude Ryan McDonough'* , he works with Merrill, Pierce, Smith incorporated and interviewed on CNBC Television. You can use something else. for me her strategy works hence my result. He provides entry and exit point for the securities I focus on.
I used to live like this for years. It's fun for a while. But lugging a backpack around gets old too. The other problem with the nomad capitalist lifestyle is that, if you're always just going where you're most welcome, then you never feel any commitment to evolve the place where you are. Since we have no attachment to the blood and soil, then we don't care if our people and our homeland thrives or burns. I think this explains part of the problems currently happening to the USA. Everyone sees it as just an opportunity to exploit for personal gain, and not as a nation worth developing.
No. If you are tied, it means communism. If you can chose between two shops, that are independent of each other, in which to buy your groceries, you create competition, thus they will evolve.
Also it will be harder for the billionaires to convince the poor who own nothing to die for them, like in Donbas now.
The Kalergi mix makes people stressed. 200 years ago people had 50 relatives living 5 km away from them. They had somebody to rely on when they got trouble. They did not depend on a boss, that can fire them whenever he wants. Cities are population sinks, just like they were 2000 years ago too.
I totally agree with you man. M1 any laptop destroys all windows, Chromebooks and tablets except gaming. Except gaming the M1 performance & battery life is huge plus point. ! Totally worth it. I have M1 Pro 13 inch. and I can nail almost anything !
YOU ARE INSPIRING. THANK YOU
Thank you 👍
"don't just consume all the time also be producing", great video thanks
So inspiring AND disillusioning. You are the hero. From my personal experience I also agree that Anker charger is great.
"You know, we talk about dreams a lot on this channel. Actually, we don't, but..."
I love your mindset my guy
The updated monk! Great video, thank you.
Nice video. And thanks for the great advices. By the way, what happened to your Asus ROG Laptop?
Than you, The TechLead™
Cool as always❤
Woah, a lot of words spoken and a lot of truths told, but I have slightly different view on the subject of living like a nomad vs settling down. Yes going anywhere and working from anywhere sounds exotic and fun, but with time maybe it will tire people. Kings build those castles yeah, but they were allowed to leave. Maybe I don't feel like traveling a million miles, maybe I have a home and backyard where I can breath fresh air and put my toughts together. If you like Itally then have a nice stay there, if you like your home then it's your choice. To me it's equal, because it's about how it's making you feel and not living it because of somebody else.
Hi there from germany. I love your mentality, reminds me of myself. You have one more subscriber
we got an extra good show today. dig in boys!
Have you tried using a thumb trackball mouse? I recommend picking a Bluetooth supported model if you decide to buy one. I personally have been using them about 20 years, recommend.
As a nomad offshore oil rig worker, I took your advise, travelled to Japan and got fired for trying to work remotely.
that's good
Your joke is colder than his. 😂A good one though.
I love this guy
I haven’t watched his videos for awhile now, and I gotta say I really missed his sarcasm and keeping his straight face while doing so. He casually throws some golden sarcastic jokes when you least expect them. So smooth❤❤❤❤
Been thinking about this for a while after just moved again with all furniture and crap. Not liking my new apartment due to all the noise etc, neighbors that have zero respect etc. been like that most places. And moving again is such a hassle. So many times I been thinking about just selling almost everything and buying a camper so I can decide where I live. Thinking about taking up education again where I can take a job anywhere in the world.
I've decided to move again for this reason. It drives me crazy. I moved into a place that looked nice, but every single neighbor has zero respect. Every new neighbor, the first thing they do after moving in is starting blasting whatever random thing they are watching on Netflix. Looking to go minimalist and rent something either far away or like a in-law suite type place that has no adjoining units.
First Cabin is my favorite hotel
if you use linux, you can encrypt any flashdrive, so can use far smaller devices that those portable SSDs.
10/10 video
What are your thoughts on tablets?
I’m happiest working at home (when not required to be in the office). I haven’t had a chance to use my laptops. Maybe I should start working on my balcony or the beach (while I don’t have client or team calls).
In the future, we also may need an AR headset. Capsule hotels are cool--I personally prefer high ceilings
AND AIR
The mouse owns you.
Not an option for me currently, but good perspective none the less.
are there any other remote type of jobs one could do, that would not require programming? how else could one become a digital nomad, minus a programming job/degree?
So strange that I made a similar transition earlier this year. Except I got the M2 pro 14 inch and micron 4tb drives.
What I'm curios about is concepts for improving the long term viability of social services, like education, health care and pension systems. Maybe next time you introduce some gadget, you could talk about those too.
Idk, why travel thousands of miles just to sit down at a small computer hunched over to do work. Why not do the work in the comfort of your home on spacious monitors… and when you travel, forget the work and fully enjoy where you’re at with constant activities
How do you travel like this with your dog? Do you leave doggy in the US ?
Do you give career advice into getting into technology
"Hey this is just my desk setup tour" 🤣🤣 After all the left and right solid punches on actual deep life decisions. "That's above my pay grade, that's not my problem" is going to be something that I'll be thinking quite often now, feeling relieved just thinking about it.
Another great vlog. 👌🏻
Do you have employees supporting you to record and edit your VOD? Or you do it all by yourself?
Where can i get your desktop wallpaper ?
Great video 👍
Part of a very important coin been talked about in the BCL
love that daily portion of The TechLead™. Whats you describing called "разумизм"(mind-first) in Russia.
I'm Russian. I never heard this word. But there is another word called "common sense".
"...so successful" line killed me :D :D
"Feels good against the skin" 😂 and that is why I keep coming back!
I like when you call things supple.
I use a Logitech Trackball
A capsule hostel is exactly the way you should go if you’re gonna rent. Take advantage of the lower cost, and even the social advantages of having a ton of apt mates. In the states just get a room in a house with a bunch of college students. That’s what I’m doing and I’m spending only a tiny % of my income on living expense.. as it should be. The worst possible option is to have a big fancy apt, where the main goal of your life has now become to make rich real estate moguls even more rich.
I hate living with strangers.
Sedimentary lifestyle -Techlead -Michael Scott
It's easy to travel like this when you are successful IT specialist with remote job and without kids and working spouse. Otherwise, you have to have a base and be there for a most of the time. Therefore, if you are young and theoretically can afford this lifestyle - go for it! Try it now or you will never be able try it later. If you are a student - try to achieve this lifestyle after graduation. I wish I'd travel more when I was young and single.
I started at 61 so don't despair
I Hope not everyone starts to travel and be nomad. Why can’t be people be happy locally? Eat locally, travel little, care about your community. That should be the future
This is just BS he's talking. Community is and will always be the pillar of stability and wealth. I was also watching a bunch of van lifers. It's fun for a while until reality catches up with all of them. Let this guy have it. He might need it after all that he's been through.
It’s an interesting lifestyle that’s for sure
I use a trackball - it's much better if you suffer from shoulder pain!
I liked the video as soon as he proved he was successful at 5:37
@TechLead Show, recommend you MX Ergo mouse. You don't need to carry a mouse pad
As a wondering cybermonk, I'll give this a try.
I loved staying at The Millenials in Kyoto! Stayed for a week at the one in Shibuya as well. It was awkward though when a girl followed me back from a club and tried to stay in my pod. Happens all the time as a fellow ex-FAANG post-work digital nomad.
and a switch for gaming
Very cool video!
Andrew Tate also advocated location independence (via having multiple passports). Glad you guys are on the same page....
I am seeing AZ55XP everywhere can you make a video for these ico projects especially AZ55XP
what do u mean socials with people? I dont understand
waiting for TechLead to finally upgrade to my setup I'm using for last 5 years - 13/14'' laptop :D
@10:50 "how can you live in a single space your entire life .. ridiculous!" - that's what I think, too. I have settled down now with a family for some time but when my children will live their own life I don't want to stay here in a big house, lots of responsibility, lots of maintenance, lots of bills to be paid - I am also open for a nomadic life (as a developer), maybe in Italy, maybe Greece, maybe somewhere else (but I try to learn the language of that country so Europe as a destination as a german developer is easier for me).
I spent 8 months straight traveling last year. Got really fatigued. Not looking forward to repeat.
Capsule hotels are the future, as normal hotels are too expensive to live there all year. But however minimalist you are, you still probably have 100+ liter of clothes and shoes. Which are not that easy to carry around.
Choice, choice 😢 nice video techlead.
Please add a video on how to be productive with just one monitor
Lost me with the mouse\mousepad, trackball is more ergonomic for shoulder, wrist, arm, movement. As a retired IT engineer\analyst\architect I would never slide, slide, reposition, repeat with a mouse.
What's better holding into crash or being safe with AZ55XP tell me
what a legend😂
Im happy with 13 inch air as digital nomad
are you in japan again?
But what about diablo 4?
AZ55XP will replace Eith in few years. AZ55XP the sleeping Giant. its the fastest L1 high-tech PoW Zero Gas-fee chain with 100X potential
Did not expect TL to preach Schwab's "Live in ze pod"
Nomadic lifestyle and raising kids isn't for everybody. Also some want a social structure and be close to family members. Think about that and what that means for society. Also not every job can be done fully remote. So it's in my opinion a privilege of a small group of people.
AZ55XP seems like a solid play too, low to medium risk
😂👍 I like this guy
