I bought the yearly stream when it came out, I think it was a little better than $20 a race at the time. It’s probably less than $5 a race for everything they’ve put up at this point. Gotta support Cleet, he was the only one doing live sports in the Spring of 20. Worst live stream ever, but the best thing I got to see that Spring.

Of all the events held at the FF I think this was my favorite. To see the circle trackers back at the track...that's special. Garrett should be proud, he and his team have breathed new life into a track that was relegated to the history books. His excitement for these events is contagious. Well done brother, You deserve every bit of succuss that comes your way.

The other day when he was trying to save his track and said…..“One day this all will belong to my son”….completely choked me up! Seeing all that you’re doing and even more importantly…the way you’re doing it is beyond inspiring. Living life to the fullest and treating people right along the way. Bless you brother!!!!

Owns the track, races the track, fixes his own track. Awsome to see you fix the track yourself, and to see how unsure you were of the patch truly shows how much pride you take in your track.
I love how he’s revived this track. And not only that he’s sitting in the stands like he’s a spectator just watching. And I love how no matter what vehicle it is he just gets in someone’s car or boat or whatever and absolutely dominates the competition.

If the freedom factory ever gets resurfaced it’s going to be a certified monster in the short track world.

@@AeRoSpaceman-1 idk if short track racing has a certain spec, but it depends heavily on thickness and layers, as asphalt near me usually is paid for by the ton (weight).
It amazes me that Cleetus can hop in a car he’s never drive before and be competitive with guys who have been doing this for a lot longer!

Hes very familiar with "his" track and the car is well setup for success. A little bit of practice and some skills and he probably felt right at home in there.

This is a big step for Cleetus and the Freedom Factory. This is some real serious live action!
To me, this is the event that proves if a track can really be revived. It’s one thing to have events with your friends for an audience fed from a KZhead fan base but to have organized racing back at the track and packing the stands is a huge step for the racing community.
Don't forget Klutch Kickers, This is the what...third sanctioned event series that has used the track now?
I can only imagine how excited all the local racers were to be back racing at this track after all these years. Well done Garrett.
One of the racers during an interview said he was on the verge of retiring but saw Freedom Factory on the schedule and decided to go one more year.

Cleeter out there being a natural behind the wheel all while rejuvenating a local icon of grassroots motorsport, winning national drag events, maintaining a huge youtube following creating content and oh btw marrying the love of his life and having a newborn son. Goes to show that dreams can be real if you want it bad enough. Can't knock the smile off my face right now.
I'm so freaking happy for the whole Cleetus fam. Watching this channel over the years grow and evolve has been such an awesome experience. This dude is a national treasure.

People can say what they want about Cleet but the fact he jumps into things full send with no fucks given about experience is why we love him. Not only does he give himself a chance to try his best to see if it's his thing or not and doesn't get upset if he doesn't do well (which is like never) and doesn't act like an asshat or be reckless without permission while he does new things.

Garrett always seems in a good mood before, during, and after all these events at the FF but when he was just chillin in the stands at the end of the race, he just seemed at peace and looked to be soaking all this success in! Like this was the moment he realized that all of this is really happening....
This has to make you so proud, the resurrection of this fine track and bringing solid circle track racing back to your community...this is not just a "youtuber's" track for selfish reasons, it's a lifestyle of doin it for Dale. Hopefully the land zoning issue is being resolved in the favour of race fans!
All the old heads had to be swelled up with pride to see the circle track back up and going. As a classic Saturday night local circle track fan, this was so great to see. I truly hope Cleetus truly enjoyed it and sees what he is doing for the community. I will make the trip down from VA just to see it. Congrats on all the success being felt and all the hopes in the world it can stay. Is it time to build a circle track car of your own?
What he’s done for the track is incredible, so happy to see a race like this there. Him competing in the race and then saying how clean the bathrooms are and then helping patch a hole, he deserves all he’s got
Prime example folks. This track is so good for their community. To take this away is just a slap in the face for people who put blood sweat and tears into making this happen. It's a beautiful thing.

Having been to the Freedom Factory for Klutch Kickers last year, I can say you guys put on a great event and are building something really cool there. Excited to see what the future holds for this little slice of American racing history.
When the owner of the track is personally checking in on, and reporting how clean the restrooms are, you know that the expectation has been set! Cleetus is on top of this operation from the promotion to washing the shop floor, his stamp of approval is on everything. Way to run a business 👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

The channel started small but has grown huge while also showing that he has earned his success. He is a smart dude but I believe his family are quite successful in their own regard. Ive been watching since he lived with Cooper and now after writing this Ive realized I'm a super fan...
@@baims8367 As he has divulged several times, his bank account is actually kinda tame. Way less than you would expect. It is largely tied up in assets. That is why the ripsaw is for sale. He literally went broke to buy the track and maintaining it is crazy expensive. Now, kinda take is of course relative. It is probably larger than anyone one I have ever known will ever see, but far less than one would expect.

It's crazy how the car looks smooth goin round from the outside, meanwhile while the driver is sawing away at the steering wheel to keep it under control really shows the amount of talent it takes.
Circle track cars have different steering ratios than road cars. They need to turn the wheel further to get the tires to move the same amount. This is to smooth out steering inputs, which helps the car go faster and extends tire life.
a ton harder then it looks from the stands. everyone is a driver from the stands until they helmet up and strap in 1. GETS REAL real QUICK!! 😂

Rally is great for that, the cars glide along from the outside and inside the driver is having at it

I've been a fan of ole Cleet since he first started the channel, and I love seeing the progress he's made over time. I truly look forward to seeing his videos. Also, it's amazing to see a track that was abandoned and run down just a few years ago now having the stands packed with big events.
I also think it needs to be known that I have never heard of the sportsman series or been remotely interested in circle Racing till this point (outside of nascar) what cleet has done for a multitude of automotive racing styles is seriously unmatched by almost anyone. Had the privilege to attend World Cup this year in Maryland and you couldn’t count the cleet merch if you wanted to. This man has done a lot to keep racing alive
If you have a local dirt track, go in person and watch. Its alot of fun

I think this race was a test to see how many racers and fans (non FF) would show up. Based on the success I bet we will see a lot of different series coming to the FF.
Success breeds success. The more events that come by and have good turnouts means more series will want to come to the FF.
Over the past few years, i have watched this man go from a great KZhead content creator to a legend in the race car community.
Cleetus you are an absolute GEM to the entire racing community, Keep it up man. THIS is what the Freedom Factory needed, and the racers needed the Freedom Factory.

We have a local track here where I live that was once the fastest small oval on the east coast. But due to owners/promoters it suffers greatly. Wish it would return to its heyday. this was some of the best racing ive seen to date. with 1st to 40 something all being within .4 of each other and everyone being respectful of each others equipment it really was a great event!. cleetus and crew, yall are killing it! cant wait to see this place in person. i will be there for the freedom 500 in april traveling all the way from northwestern PA with the family

Let's take a moment and appreciate the driving skills Cleeter has; I give him 12 races or less in this class of racing and he would be hanging with the big dogs. Does not seem to matter what wheel he is behind, in very short order always seems to be in the top 10. Pure driving talent in this man. Refreshing after losing one of the world's most entertaining drivers. RIP Ken Block.
Dude I wish I lived anywhere near down there. What an awesome track to have in the community and I think the transparency with cleetus, the channel, track and everything just makes it that much more fun to go to his track and events and support them because hes excited about it and racing in them and doing his absolute best to make it as fun as possible. Some tracks just lose that after awhile and they just seem to run through the motions to stay afloat.
I’m so excited with the progress Cleetus is making with the track congrats and I hope to see the freedom factory thrive for a long time.
